There is only 4 parks but there are also 2 water parks and a Indoor Interatcive Game Place called DISNEY QUEST, although if you are going to skip any thing I would think DISNEY QUEST is something to skip.

You could do a theme park perday and then do a water park, or i even say skip the water parks, but that is just our family not real big on them.

BUT you could do one park per day and then do an extra day at the park you liked best.

It hink after doing DL you could definitley look through mpas and learn alot on the boards to get a REALLY GOOD FEEL of what you HAVE TO DO and WHAT YOU CAN SKIP!

WDW does have MORE SIT DOWN SHOWS, BEAUTy and the BEAST, and the NEW CAR SHOW (MGM) also several at AK, which takes up a bit of time but REALLY WORTH SEEING!

I HAVE TO SAY I LOVED LOVED LOVED the ALLADIN SHOW, at DL i wished there had been more shows!!!!

Where the 2 bags you left behind, a duffel type bag on the smaller side and a rolling bag? By any chance?

CUZ if they were i have a picture of them being sniffed and searched by the dogs.

I'd love to see the pictures, but no, I don't believe they were ours as we left our bags at the baggage place, not on the curb... unless someone else had them and realized they were not theirs and left them on the curb...

Please DO post the pictures because it was a small black duffel type bag and a larger lavender rolling bag.

Did you guys buy pictures from Shutters?

If you want to get the pictures reproduced, you need a "Copyright Release" form from Disney to be able to have them copied... It is free, just click and print it from this website. It is only good for 30 days, so get it quick and use it before it expires... Not sure if the 30 days is from the day you print it up or from the cruise date.. either way, don't procrastinate.

We are saving our points and taking our 4 children and their partners!

So we need to save up soem cash too.

BUT we will get our Disney fix from time to time in between now and then!

For sure! We booked one for Dec. 5, 2009, but we will probably be changing it to sometime in 2010. Depends on the itinerary and how much airfares are going up.

It is 92* in Anaheim right now at 5 in the afternoon!

I'm SO glad I was not able to go with them to the park to day, as I do NOT do well in the heat. I hardly go during the summer unless it is at night. We often go up for dinner or just to watch the fireworks on the weekends... but even then, if it is to warm, I don't enjoy it very much...

But I gave her and Cindy my list of Wants so they are getting them for me.

but this time I only wanted some pin locks and a new balloon for my daycare.

It was 118* in California yesterday!!!!
My daughter said it was 106* at Disneyland...
I'm so glad I stayed in my air-conditioned house yesterday.
Today promises to be more of the same, so we are all staying inside.

Speaking of Shutters and the www dot image dot com website...
I found the site by calling DCL to see if I could order more pictures from Shutters... (apparently I "forgot" to get one of our pictures)
They gave me a phone number to call which in turn referred me to the website... so I placed my order for the picture and I'm still waiting to hear from them... it has been almost a week, so I think I'll call (bug) them to see if they found my picture.

I just got off the phone with the guy (didnt' get his name) from www dot image dot com.
He was SO NICE and without my telling him who I was, he knew my name and what I had ordered (guess my phone number shows up, so they know who you are) he said not to worry, they were on it and to just give it some time, I would get what I wanted!



So if you missed getting your "once in a lifetime" pictures... I suggest you call the phone number on the website.

I have NEVER known Disney to do anything without a system and a backup....

The form asks for a number and or a description of clothing, number of persons, background etc...

On the back of each picture from Shutters is a file number and a picture number... so I had the numbers from a different picture, plus I described the picture and what my DGD was wearing and doing in the picture. The photographer actually took 3 pictures of her and I bought 2 of them, then returned each one to get a double printed up and then "forgot" to pick up the last one from Shutters. When I explained this to the guy, he said that I may end up with 4 prints of the same picture, which is fine by me, because I WANT the picture.

He also said that our pictures take another cruise after we get off the ship, so AFTER they get back from the second week, any remaining pictures that didn't get picked up get sent to Florida, then they search you out and send them to you.
