As you can see I have my lap top with me. I am hooked on it.

I will let you know when I get back.

I can tell you it is cooler then I thought. I have been wearing capries and most of the thme a jacket.

Also, when we went to the DVC meeting they said they are building a DVC in Hawaii. It is between a Marriott and some other one. They said it is going to trump all the time shares in Hawaii.

We just got home a little while ago. We had an hour delay at LAX.

We're home!
I want to say to everyone that made our cruise magical and so much fun.
We had a great cruise and can't wait to go again even tho the last night was a bit rough on my whole family.
Did anyone else experience some seasickness? Our room steward was great, he ran and got everyone some pills that made some of them feel better in about 30 minutes...

I've already unpacked and done laundry, made a home cooked "welcome back home" dinner, and I'm now playing with my scrapbook.
When we got home, we discovered that we left a bag at the terminal. I called DCL and was told to call back on Monday... but the number you call is in FLORIDA! I called the terminal directly and was told to contact my cruise line. About 30 minutes later, the terminal called and said they found 2 of our bags and they needed a credit card number to UPS them to us tomorrow! We didn't even realize we were missing a second bag! That comes from too much shopping ! Anyway, I'm SO thankful that we don't have to drive back over to San Pedro to get them as that would just be too cruel seeing the ship there AND having luggage there at the same time and NOT be getting back on!

I'm sharing our Pirate picture... did anyone else get one?

No we did not get sick. But you are right it was very rough. Glad it was not like that the whole cruise.

I asked the Shutters people to fix it.. I told him they cut off several people and I wanted it changed... he said they would see what they could do.. and that is what I got. So I was happy.

I have to give a special thanks to whoever:

* gave the dangly pirate earrings. Those were PERFECT on pirate night!
* gave the bag with the band aids and kleenex. I ended up with a rash on my arm and used the water proof ones the whole trip! My DH ended up with a cold and needed the kleenex terribly!
* gave the red hanging shelf-like things. My parents used it for their fish extender and just loved it!
* included my parents in the fish extender game. They booked such last minute that they didn't have time to get gifts and weren't expecting any. They were sooo pleased!
* gave the little toy phone. My niece's 3rd birthday party was tonight and even with all of the toys she got, she couldn't put down the phone!!!

And to everyone who helped make the trip so magical! We loved it! Out of the 4 we have taken, this one was clearly our favorite!

Hi everyone!!! Thank you to everyone also for all the wonderful gifts we received. it was great arriving each night and seeing if we were gifted. it really made the crusie special.
we are already set to cruise again. surprisingly my husband said he wants to do it again for sure. he's not as Disney as the kids and I are, he loved it!!!
i did learn though that you don't have to get off in every port. my kids were tired. my son only got off in cabo. the girls got off in every port with us. my 3 yr old slept the entire drive from la to home, 5.5 hours. and she is already asleep at 6:30 today.
i had sea legs today. we really felt the ship rocking on Sat. night, but none of us got sick. someone threw up "big time" in the Walt Disney Theater during the second show. we were diverted around it and they were cleaning it up. the guy re-directing us told us it was "big time" yuck!!!
we had a wonderful time. i loved it, it was everything i expected and so much more. i think we are going to go again in late 09" i am going to see what i can do budget wise.

i wish i was still on the boat, but i know that i could not eat anymore.

Hey everyone, I haven't been part of this thread but I found it online and was dying to know about to performers on the cruise. I went on the Mexican Riviera cruise on June 1 and fell in love with the shows. If anyone could give me a cast list for the performers in Disney Dreams: An Enchanted Classic, I would be very grateful. I hope you all had a wonderful time!

After the cruise we had an awesome visit with some friends we made on the TransAtlantic last year that work at the Walt Disney Studios. The gave us a tour and we got to visit Dave Smith's office - but he wasn't in. I did get to hold the Oscar that the Studios won for White Wilderness in 1958. Amazing! They're really heavy.

Just want to say that I LOVED your Fish Extender and I'm totally jealous of your private tour of Walt Disney Studios.

When I found the picture in Shutters, there were 3 of them... all looking the same, 6x8 vertical with 4 and 1/2 people cut off... I asked the CM to reprint it 8x10 sideways and he said he couldn't but he would see what he could do to get more people in the picture... when I got it back, I was so surprised to see that my son and Mendoza were also in the picture as they were cut out of the original one! But now in the new picture, the gold pirate border was all over my son's face... so I asked them to RE-re-make it again with out the border stuff and again the CM said he would see what they could do... when I got it back the 3rd time, it was great... still 6x8 but horizontal and looking like you see it.
