JUMPING Out of my SKIN w/ Joy Right NOW!!!

I had to share this w/ someone and who else but my fellow Disser's. I just booked my ressies to WDW for 10/1-10/8/05! I am so incrediable excited I know you guys understand. We weren't suppost to be going until May 06' But when Disney came out w/ the free dining package I had to figure out a way to go. DH and I discussed it ALL day yesterday and we're going. I can't wait. I am just so over joyed that I'm actually jumping out of my skin! It's not a long trip for us but it's been almost 2 years since our last trip and I'd take a day right about now. I have a lot of planning to get done and try to fit everything in that we HAVE to do! This will be our FIRST MNSSHP!!!! Can't wait. Thanks for listening!!!

Thanks guys! I knew you guys would be happy for me! I'm also excited because I am suprising my 80yy DGM w/ the trip she's been longing for. I'm not going to tell her until about a month before. I'd wait until we leave but she'll have to shop for new clothes. She's a shopaholic as I am a Disneyholic!!!

We are doing the same thing. We went last June and had no plans to go until next year. When the free dining came we just could not pass it up. We are also taking the kids out of school which we would not have even considered before.The fact that we are getting in on MNSSHP plus the Food and Wine Festival just puts icing on the cake. It will probably be the only time the kids will attend the MNSSHP. (because of school). We are not telling the kids until the last minute in case something happens.Now we just have to pay for it

Judy, I'm in the same boat. My DD will be starting kindergarden this Sept. and I will be taking her out of school for a week but I just have to this offer is to good and as you said this will be our 1st MNSSHP but 2nd food and wine festival.

I'd love to jump w/ you. I also moved our trip from may to Sept. My DD6 will miss 4 days of school.I won't be able to do that when she is older so I figure it is now or never.

You'll love it! It's one of our favorite times to go and MNSSHP is great. BTW, we'll be there at the same time.

I would LOVE to say were staying at our fav. AKL but do to it being an unexpected trip we will be at POP. I haven't stayed there yet. Have tried ASSp. And didn't mind it. We don't spend all that much time at the resort anyway. But hey I'd sleep on a park bench for a week to go to WDW!

That was me when I made my ressies last week!!! My son said, "Mom, you're so excited your're freaking me out!" After I got off the phone with CRO it was me and the 3 kids jumping up and down doing a "ride the monorail" chant. Needless to say, we are very excited too! Here's a toast to all of us hoping for great times at WDW with free dining!

My 4yo DD just said the same thing to me. "MOMMY your really FREAKING me out, I know you like Disney but are you having a BAD day or something" Oh to be in the mind of a child. She finally understands why Mommy is FREAKING out I explained to her that she would be spending her 5th B-day w/ the REAL Peter Pan. Her all time favorite person! There's only one thing better than a trip to WDW and that is an unexpected one!!!!!

We will be arriving the middle of the afternoon and was going to just stay offsite but then I realized that even spending the extra money for the room we will get the extra days worth of meals (2 adults and 2 children) and come out ahead.We are staying at Pop also since it is so unexpected.

Nicki - you are going to love MNSSHP! It is great - we were there October 8 last year and had a terrific time.

Just curious - did you book with a travel agent or directly with Disney?

I booked w/ Disney Direct. I am a planner I emailed and called all the agents I could find and in the end Disney was the least expensive by $120 so I added another day and I'm still saving $75! Happy Hunting everyone!
