Even though I worked really hard, I only lost .4 pounds this week. So my total for July is 3.5 pounds. I hope to kick it up a notch before the end of the month and make my goal of 7 pounds.
Yeah, lost 2.5 pounds in the last few weeks. So, I am at the 4 pounds I wanted to lose for July, now I just need to start working on the the 4 pounds for August! Yeah!
Hello all! July is almost over! I can't believe it. Put me down for -1.5 this week..(I actually gained a half pound last week -was too depressed to post that) but this week I was down 2 lbs. Yay! So -1.5 is my "net loss" . I'm not going to make my goal! And I thought 6 lbs was so realistic! Oh well!!!
I've been really bad about updating this challenge. I didn't really get into tracking my weight until about halfway through the month. But last week I was down .6 and today I weighed in at WW and was down 1.2 so I have a total of 1.8/5 pounds lost so far this month. Not too bad. Almost halfway to my mini goal.
Hidy ho everyone! Monday is my weigh-in day. I'm sorry to report I didn't lose any weight. I'm not going to let that get me down because the week before I lost 9.1 pounds. I'm going to take it one day at a time and keep on plugging away.
After my 1 pound loss last week I didn't think I was going to make my goal but my body finally caught up with me and I lost 4.5 pounds this week so that puts me at 10.5/10. I met my July goal!!!
