July exercise challenge--time to make your 1/2 year resolution to be healthy and fit!

Still plugging away, but between the heat & needing to get stuff before I leave on Tuesday, I'm not getting as much done as I wanted.

But, mileage after this morning is at 497.38 - 2.62 from my 500 mile goal before I leave!!

40 min at lunch, 3 miles in 32:45 (yay!) and the rest warmup/cooldown.

I'm pleased that I've gotten in as many min as I have so far this month. The injection I got in my left hip has helped a little with the pain. Still, some days are better than others. Today is one of "those" days. Hopefully I will get in the exercise I have planned for this evening.

Rose, I've decided to increase my goal (again) to 1000 minutes. That actually "keeps" me at 56%. I really want to lose a few pounds by the end of this BL challenge. Thanks!

I did a double yesterday--rode the bike and ran, and strength today so that puts me at:
860/1500

So, that would have been 685.

Today was 30 on the elliptical and 10 of core.

725/1600.

35 min on the treadmill. 2 miles in 22:35 and the rest walking, even though I had 3 miles scheduled. Sucky, irritating workout, rather like the rest of the day. Meh.

Anyhow, 760/1600.
 
Time to update...a slow month, I'm at 501/1400 so far. Need to step it up!
 
Going camping with DS this weekend so I'll try to get some good walks in. :tiptoe: But in case I forget to post next week, I'm at 465/1000.

Not sure how much I'll get in this weekend as my whole family will be here for a family reunion!
