July exercise challenge--time to make your 1/2 year resolution to be healthy and fit!

I'm joining in since I've been walking at least 2 hours every day plus doing some Wii with the kids like Just Dance and Walk It Out!

I see some familiar names on here.

I'm going to shoot for 3600 minutes. I've done about 700 so far. I'll keep a closer count now that I've joined. I plan on doing 120 in the morning and then hopefully another 60 in the afternoon if I can stand the heat. Today I did about 150. I walked about 7 miles today!

So 700/3600!

I did another 45 minutes on the Wii today plus 30 minutes in the pool bringing me to 371/750. Since that's over half and today is only July 7th (I apologize to those struggling :goodvibes), I'm going to increase my goal to 900 minutes. This challenge and the BL challenge are truly the keys to my weight loss success! :)

9 min (approx but sick of that "1" in my number) of crunches - 100 crunches on the ball, 50 straight up, 25 on each side

I'm reporting my hours now since DS has an out of town baseball tournament this weekend. I'll try to get some exercise in, but with three games on Saturday that might be hard. :eek:

Anyway, I'm at 325/1000.

July 10 - 64 minutes (strength training DVDs)

I've been walking early in the morning to avoid the midday heat :scared: Don't forget to keep hydrated, it's hot out there!
 
I'm up to 476/900. I am taking today off as I only ate breakfast yesterday. Not sure why exactly, but I slept in really late so breakfast was much like lunch and then ended up sleeping through dinner. I don't want to push myself too much.

I know the month is almost half way over, but I'd really like to join in. I found last summer that joining in on the exercise challenge thread here really helped keep me motivated :) I'll shoot for 1,000 minutes for the rest of July.
