Howard and I just got back from a gloriously relaxing and romantic week in Jamaica. We stayed at a cliffside resort where you took stone steps to get everywhere. We were in a penthouse suite, so it was a gazillion steps down to the beach & pool and steps up to the office, internet cafe and one of the restaurants and the bar. We walked so much! I also did a couple of water aerobics classes and a piloxing class, which was awesome.
I had 485 additional minutes this week, bringing my new total to
1090/1200.
I'm looking forward to getting back into my regular workout routine this week.
