I started a thread on the Disneyland Resort Paris boards. I figure I can get lots more info than trying to research by myself. I thought it would be useful to those of us planning to piggyback a park trip before or after the cruise. Also, you may have questions I won't think of and vice versa.

Merry Christmas!!! :santa:

Have a good day!!

Hope you all have a joyous and safe holiday with your families and friends!

I have never been to Australia. would love to go. i want to see Sydney, Melbourne, The reef, and Zew Zealand as well. Oh and Fiji too. Someday we'll get over there.

Kids are exciting about Xmas tomorrow...

Jack is playing Lego Indiana Jones on the Wii right now. I am trying to get motivated to finish up a quilt for my cousin's xmas gift. I have about 2-3 hours of stitching to get the binding on...then I am done. This is one of those days where I will let him veg in front of the TV. otherwise he would be bouncing off the walls.

I called the cleaners to clean my house. LAZY!!!! You are cooking for 10 and I am cooking for 13. Prime Rib!!! Yummy!!! What are you cooking???

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season, and that Santa is very good to you all!

We are having Christmas dinner here today for our families. Last night we visited at my sister and BIL's home. We had a lovely traditional Christmas Eve dinner prepared U.K. version as BIL is from London. Shepherd's Pie, sausage in popover (forget what it is called) and a birthday cake to celebrate Kristen's (Disteach) birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KRISTEN!!!

Our combination Birthday celebration and Christmas Eve was so much fun! We ordered the birthday cake from a local new bakery - French Cakes. The owner is Parisian and an award winning pastry chef. I tell you, we are really branching out with the European influence here, LOL! Helps us prepare for our 2010 cruise dontcha think?!?

Anyway, Happy Holidays to everyone and just think how excited we will be one year from today really into the countdown for the cruise? Hugs my friends...

hi everyone - merry christmas - happy new year -

now that i have some down time i was debating on our flights for the cruise - what airline is everyone going to use - we generally take continental from newark - but this is only for domestic - are there better airlines to london - better seats - amenities - cheaper flights - does everyone already have flights - or when is everyone going to make these reservation - i had to take a business trip to amsterdam and the flight was horrible - crowded seats - seat mate snored - i had ear plugs - head phones - my coat over my head and it was still so noisy - and uncomfortable - anyone have suggestions -

thanks

We took SWISS Air on our flights to Barcelona for the 07 Med Cruise and were very pleased with them. DH has also flown British Airways to the UK on business and thought they were good as well. We will start watching air fares once we are into 2009 when we are closer to a year out from the trip.

thanks - i didn't think of swiss air - had thought of british airlines - but not the other - will also start checking - fairs now seem to be about $1000 per person or more w/the exception of air india - just using msn travel - but i'll look at individual companies as we get into 2009 - thanks again

We're back from a fabulous holiday cruise on the Magic. She sure looked great! We had a wonderful week...so wonderful in fact that we've decided to bag our Royal Caribbean that we had booked for next Christmas and just put that $$$ toward the Baltic cruise and have a bigger cushion for excursions. We just figure we can't top a DCL cruise for Christmas.

Anyway, I posted a trip report - see the link in my sig if you're interested. I'll be adding a few more pictures in the next day or so.

It was great to see Tinkerbell_29 (Lissa, Matt, and Nancy) and also to meet NJMom23Grls (Lisa and family).

And we still have a whole week before we have to be back to work!
