I have room only booked for 10 nights - (BC Concierge and AKL Concierge) and I have park hoppers..

For me to take advantage of this special I would have to book the normal dreamaker package.

>>^..^<<

Ahhh okay I get it now. Thanks :)

I guess I need it written in stone...........it's Monday. We book through Disney Club directly correct?

Thanks, Wendi

It's been one of those days..............................................
I need a tag from the tag fairy!

I was waiting to book our trip until some codes came out for October. Does anybody know what the cancellation policy is for this deal? My cousin is asking me to come and watch his kids because he has a convention in Orlando. They are separating and he doesn't know if she'll let him take them or not. Thanks in advance.

I just called the Disney Club and they said while they could not tell me anything that I should call back at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow (This is the time of morning at work I am really busy.) but I will go in my bosses office and close the door they think I am nuts about Disney anyway.

I told her I knew it was seven nights/three days free and same with the pass. She said that was true and these will sell very fast. I asked if I could book three rooms on my Disney Club and they said "yes" I hope this is true.

She was so excited about this it was amazing. She was surprised I did not get an e-mail on it or a post card before today.

Now I will spend the next three hours deciding where to stay.

Do you think the special deal will sell out by the time the general public can call.
As I asked before, what number do we call WDTC ot CRO? And what are those numbers?
Thanks!

Oh bummer, I hope they don't sell out before the general public gets to book :(

I don't think they will because I think they would have so many packages for disney club holders; she told me they would sell out fast so I am assuming that is what will happen.

Everyone thought I was nuts for keeping my disney club card for the final year because we have never gotton to use it for a resort discount they were always taken.

Oh okay, thanks :)

I think we'll be fine (I'm another person that discontinued my Disney Club membership). I can't image Disney would offer this package to Disney Club members only to have it 'sell out' prior to the ad campaign geared toward the general public. But what do I know??

I am a little confused about one thing - Exactly *when* can the general public book this package? Is it May 8 or May 11 (my birthday, by the way :D ). I thought I saw posted somewhere that the package was available to Disney Club members on May 6 - available online (I assume at disneyworld.com) on May 8 - and the ad campaign was going to start May 11.

This package seems like a great deal but I feel bad for those people that purchased APs. I don't have an AP (yet) but was going to get one if the room only discounts became available. I'm more interested in room only discounts since we will be staying 7 nights @ the Poly but only planned on doing 5 days at the parks - so we were going to get 5 Day PHs.

Hmmm..makes me think of another question. Can I keep my current room only reservation in case room only discounts are released later -AND- have a package booked too in case I don't get a room only discount. Or did they do away with the ability to have multiple ressies??

Ugh - I'm gonna NEED a vacation after all this stress & excitement!

Emy'sMom (Debbie)..sounds like we're singing the same song here. We're booked at WL, planning on spending only 5-6 days out of our 8 nights there at the parks. 2 days will be spent off-site. We too, were planning on ph's. I'm not sure what to do at this point either. Maybe I'll call tomorrow and make another booking, if the price is right. The stress of this whole thing is starting to get to me too!!!

If you take this package and the uph's are you totally locked into it, if a better offer comes up cause i really did not want uph's? Actually have an ap so don't need tix, but if its the only deal for august, might have to jump on it. Thanks, Mky

Okay, so I just did a price quote for the Dream Maker package on disneyworld.com for four nights in Oct for the All Stars. This is the price I got

Your Disney Vacation (USD) $955.95
October 20, 2003-October 24, 2003 (4 nights) Change dates
1 Adult, 1 Child

So if it's get seven nights for the price of four, that should be how much it is right?

Wow-so if you do the Silver Plan you get the 3 (free) days meals free too?? That is a deal. I wonder if AP holders could do the plan without UPH's.

You can still renew your DC membership. They will prorate the fee. You just can't join now.

We ARE disney club members but since we are also premium annual pass holders, we really do not need the passes in this package. So after spending $2000 at Christmas for season passes, are we still out of luck with no discount???

My Disney Club membership expired in February, but I just called an hour ago and renewed it for $19.99 for the rest of the year. The CM who renewed it said I could use the number (I'm keeping the same number) for making ressies tomorrow. I figure it'll be worth it for $50 off a reservation.

I am already booked from 8/24 to 9/1 which is value season. I didn't expect anything better than I got but this is great. I booked thru Magical Journeys and Deb already sent me an email saying she would make all the changes for me. She is great.

I can't wait to see what I save!!!

..... I never thought of that. My membership expired, gee, I think in March 2002? Can I still renew after so much time has lapsed?

Maybe I'll call to find out.....it would be worth it to get the package AND save $50........

Oh, and it's weird because on my current confirmation it states my Disney Club chapter number and shows "Welcome Disney Club Member!"

Oh, my brain hurts! :(

***UPDATE: You can only renew your Disney Club membership if the expiration date was less than 6 months ago.***
Mine expired over 6 months ago so I'm outta luck.

Debbie

I booked with yourmagicaljourneys w/ Deb K too. She is fantastic. Can't sat enough about the service!!!!
I've had 3 e-mails from her tonight alone. (we had room only ressies w /AAA and she wanted to know if we wanted to convert as I have a DC membership etc.)
I don't have to struggle trying to call WDW from work tomorrow can't wait to see the savings.... :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Okay here is another dopey question from me.

Is this package only available thru an online travel agency? I am afraid to do something as big as thousands of dollars trip online.
