just got off the Wonder from Hawaii and as far as formal and semi formal night it went from very very dressy to a nice top and slacks. I only wore one dress and the rest a nice top and slacks. They keep it very cool on the ship especially in the theater so make sure you bring a sweater or jacket and some long pants. Some people came into the theater with their kids wrapped in blankets from theri cabins. Most of the inside clubs and common areas are also quite cool.

They had a Princess tea on our curise. It is up to 12 and most of the girls went dressed and the littler ones had on princess costumes. It was very cute.You will get an invitation in your cabin and you need to reply. I did see a few little boys there too.

We checked out the kids clubs. The Oceaneer lab and club are for children up to 12. They can go back and forth from the lab to the club depending on what activity is going on. There is a "secret hall way for the kids " to go back and forth and the counselors go with them. Since there were so few kids on the Hawaii cruise They let the adults in at night. I am sure that will not be the case on this cruise

Happy Goofy- Thanks for the info! I appreciated knowing about the chilly temps! That will help me pack! I wonder if we will have a Princess tea on ours? I guess at different times, different people host. Sometimes Alice, Wendy Darling, or the Mad Hatter. Any guesses on who I'm rooting for?! LOL!

Is anyone planning on doing the Castaway Cay 5K? According to my hubby, I am CRAZY for wanting to do it. When I asked him to join me, he started laughing hysterically and only stopped to tell me no!

So, I'd love a speedwalking/walk-run combo buddy! I'm definitely not going to set any records, but I'd love to participate.

Anyone else in? Just think- you can eat that extra dessert at dinner with zero guilt! LOL! Come on, you know you want to!

My DH did it on our last cruise. He changed his mind and opted out the morning of our 4 day, but did it on the b2b. It was his first one ever and he had a great time. He said he was a little intimidated at the start, as there were guys with shirts from prior races, iron mans, etc, but he took his time and ran his own pace. I guess you go out, loop, and return on the same road, and these guys were very encouraging as they passed DH on their way back... Keep it up, good job, stuff like that. He's been running with our poor little cockapoo at night, so I think he's going to give it another go, and DD2 wants to participate as well.

Me, I'm not enough of a morning person. I was still in bed when he left last time. Apparently, I picked my head up enough to remind him to make sure the door was closed behind him lol!

P.S. I'm off to move DD1 home from college! Her plans for the next two months revolve around reorganizing her room and getting us ready for the cruise

Happy Memorial Day! Two months left, exactly... I just want it to be here already, but still have much to do. I think these next two months will probably fly by. Hope we have better weather than the one cruising now.
