Hi Folks

Really slow on the up-take here, just found the thread
We are on the 27th cruise on Fantasy
There is myself Morven (DH), DW Suzanne, DD Kerri (18) and DS Liam (16) in Stateroom Room No. 8684. This will be our third DCL cruise and we are long term DVC members
We are from the sun kissed shores of Aberdeenshire in Scotland

Do you plan to go to any DVC presentations? I think we'll go to the first one, boarding day.

I have a few to trade ...

I imagine there will be times to trade with CM's but I was wondering if there was an interest, we could set a time, like 11 on the first or second sea day in a particular lounge.

i JUST found this forum when a fellow-crafter posted pictures of the Fish Extenders she made. I said "what are those" and now I'm here! This is our very first Disney Cruise and I am super excited!

Traveling with DH (36), DS (13), and DD (6)

What is everyone planning on doing during the port calls? We know about Castaway Cay - but are at a loss for St. Marteen and St. Thomas. Any suggestions?

In St. Maarten we are doing the Island Drive and Explorer Cruise while in St. Thomas we are doing the Best of St. Thomas Island Tour and Shopping. We honeymooned in St. Thomas 37 years ago in March. We stayed in Bluebeard's Castle and did some scuba. Spent a lot of time in the hotel, if you get my drift.

Are you interested in the FE exchange? The cutoff date has passed, but there are a few of us that have extras. Just let us.

Be sure and join us for the Meet and Greet on Sunday at 2 on deck 4 by the theater.

Looking at the Deck Plans, there's an area by guest services called "Whitecaps." Would that be a suitable area to meet, even if we don't stay there.

There was a small lounge called "Pink" on the Dream. I don't think I ever saw it used for any DCL activities.

Any other ideas?

It is called "Ooh La La" on the Fantasy.

We stay there before every cruise. Last year, we were still in the room when they came to get our bags at 8:30. We were finished packing, and they didn't waste a minute. (Which is very reassuring, to those who are concerned if their bags will make it.)

Can you bring your luggage directly to the Disney bus instead of having it picked up in the room?

i'm not sure if i'll have extra FE gifts..possibly for children but not the parents...i'll deliver any to the add-ons if we have. we are sorting by cabin this weekend

we have our dinner outfits laid out, and I've been collecting stuff at stores...just need to organize this weekend!
