**JULY 11, 2010*** Double Dip Wonder!

The girls (Bugs and Lisa) and in the midst of Gym Camps. They both went last week to Gainesville to train at the University of Florida. Lisa left this morning heading to the University of Michigan's Camp and Bugs is off to the University of Alabama's Gymnastic Camp. Don't you feel sorry for them.

They both will be ready for a little Rest & Relaxation on the Cruise. I think Lauren's friend Ashley is coming as well - so watch out for the 4 15 year old girls! I wish I knew how to scan pictures. I have one of Lauren and Lisa when we went on the Double Scoop in 2006. They both have grown up so much since then - and I have just grown older.

I agree - we aren't going formal (or even semi-formal). Mark is bringing a dress shirt and tie for Palo (which we are doing on pirate night) but for the dress up night he'll be in dockers/polo shirt and I'll be in a pant suit.

We're a bit dressier mostly because I drug a long halter dress out of the closet that is older than most of the people on this thread and I am dying to wear it. It doesn't say formal or semi'formal to me but it does say Dress-up.... Sam's in a jacket and tie for Palos.....and dress up. I'm doing double duty with the wedding dress for Palos....otherwise cruise casual.....in our closet all cruise casual wear is Disney.....And for those of you that know us, our normal wear borders on Hawaiian every day! Besides, where else are we gong to wear a set of Double Scoop T-shirts...Panama Canal Shirts, Castaway Cay shirts. Maybe I should forgo the gift shop this trip

Although I am planning on the Twice the Magic for boarding photos.

We have them. Every night is Cruise Casual with Wednesday night listed as "optional Dress up".

I have a feeling this is going to be a very casual cruise.

Jim, I think Tuesday is PIRATE.......

And those of us who made Pirate costumes are hauling them along.....LEt me guess that would be ...ME...

Vicki got us some new Pirate t-shirts, so we'll be wearing those, with capri's.
Now I just have to decide on one other dinner outfit and an outfit for Palo Brunch.....which is usually capri's and a nice top.

Have Lisa stop over at gaRry's and bop Gregg on the head once, for not helping his dad!!!

I look back at pictures of the girls on our first cruises and am amazed at how much time has gone by. I think I can judge it the most, just by seeing how much they've all grown up.

I vote for a very casual cruise as well! I will probably wear a khaki skirt (knee length) on dressy night. Nothing fancy.

Where did the time go??
Last night I tried on clothes. I figured I wouldn't be losing or gaining any more weight between now and then. I ended up with dresses for everything except Pirate Night. The dresses are lighter in the suitcase than multiple tops and capri's.
My favorite flip flops have disappeared. They aren't in my closet or anywhere. I am not a happy camper, as I suspect one of the dogs might have gotten them while we were in Alaska, and Jordan didn't "remember" to tell me.

My son and I have been on vacation for a few weeks. I just caught up with the news. I plan on meeting everyone on Sunday around 3:00pm. Sounds like everyone is more than ready for this cruise. Thanks for the information on pirate night. We won't be getting too dressy on dress up night either.

Hi everybody! It's been a while since I have been on here. Lots of company, weddings, graduations etc to take up all my time. I am getting so excited about this cruise. I still have to get a rental car to get to the port and then after the cruise. We will be staying in Orlando for a few days after the cruise meeting up with friends. Anyone have any good deals on car rentals? I can't believe with all this prep that I still have that left to do!
