It's across the breezeway from the main Character Spot. Baymax is also over there. FP+ is not available for these additional M&Gs.

Any idea roughly how long the waits have been for Joy & Sadness?

I've heard they get pretty long, especially because Joy and Sadness are really interactive during their meet and greet. My plan is to go to Joy & Sadness, then Baymax, then Character Spot at rope drop and hopefully get all my pictures in before my first Fastpass time (10:30) and I won't be all sweaty and gross looking in the pictures either

We were there on Friday 4/22. The wait to meet Joy & Sadness around 2 p.m. was approximately 1 hour, according to the CM in the area. The CM said the characters really take their time with guests, hence the long wait. We opted not to wait, but did get a peek into the meet and greet area. They are so adorable... I totally would have waited, my kids... not so much. Next time, I would head there first thing.

We were there on Saturday 4/23 late morning. The CM estimated 45 minutes for Joy and Sadness and 20 for Baymax. Our 4 year old opted to wait in line and it was about 45 minutes or a little more. The character interaction is among the best in the park, imo, and we've met a LOT of characters. The photographer when we were there also took a ton of great photos. I won't give it all away but there were photos from various angles and no rushing at all. One thing that maybe was slowing things down - the characters needs frequent breaks - I think because they were really hot.

Baymax moved a lot quicker than the forecasted 20 minutes and the character interaction and photos were terrific too.

Was it worth the wait? I liken this to meeting Anna and Elsa when it first opened. If you're a fan of the characters it is a great experience. Hopefully there will be a fastpass option.
