JonBenet Ramsey - a question for those who follow this story

Has anyone heard about the red heart on Jon Benet's hand??? I read that was something Patsy would do when they were at pageants and there was a red heart drawn on her hand before or after her death. I read that pictures from the Christmas Party showed no red heart on her hand at that time.

There is a possibility that maybe Burke was bullied at school and not the one bullying I don't remember hearing anything about his school friends.

Just curious-what resources do you use to learn about this case? Do you regularly participate in online crime forums?

Never heard of it.

Evidence?? What evidence? All you have talked about has been theories, half truths, and completely bizarre guesses. List out what EVIDENCE you are basing this on and maybe we can have a serious discussion.
I have stated the evidence I feel points to the Ramsey's several times. The extremely long ransom note, the fact that Patsy had the same clothes and makeup on as she did at the Christmas Party as if she had been up all night, the blanket and night gown from the dryer, the fact that the ransom note was left on the exact staircase that Patsy comes down every morning instead of the other staircase, the fact the pad and paper and pen and paintbrush used to make the garrote came from their house. Not only the movie quotes in the ransom notes but the phrase John use your good old southern common sense something Patsy was known to tease John about.

Do you have a link to the pictures from the party? I was under the impression that the last picture of her was taken at home on Christmas morning. I never read anything about pictures taken at the party.

She had on the same makeup as the night before? I thought she put on the clothes again and applied fresh makeup that morning?

This is my first and I'm not doing such a great job. I have read all the books watched all the shows and movie read all the magazines and those god awful tabloids I was really excited to find this thread.

Do you accept all of what you read and hear as having a factual basis, or do you critically evaluate what you read and hear with known evidence or common sense?

I just looked I can't find the link I'm still looking.

I read it was the same clothes and makeup.

Early in this thread a poster copied in a moment by moment timeline of that morning and it said Patsy applied her makeup before six a.m. I read that right here. Where did you read it was the same makeup?

Have you checked out Websleuths. Sounds like it would be just up your alley.
Wondering how you found us? Are you a Disney nut like the rest of us?

I do not accept all that I read I do weigh the evidence against the known facts and I do use my common sense and I do try to be fair in my reasoning.

And if it was the same makeup what does that mean? Maybe she fell asleep with her makeup on. I normally remove my makeup before bed but once in awhile I fall asleep before doing so. And it's more likely to happen after coming home from a party during the busy holiday season.

What's your qualification to designate something evidence? If you read it somewhere, is that evidence?

I'm told the Websleuths only trade in theories that the Ramseys are guilty. They might offer you lots of new information there, I'm sure they're on top of everything.

Since you are new, I have a few thoughts. I hope they are helpful.
The DIS is different than some online crime forums. This is just a thread, not a full forum. I would say it's pretty loose here with sourcing, but still it's appreciated when someone gives a little information about their source. (Book, TV show, other forum, etc.)

If someone is pondering something they themselves have thought about, it helps when someone says: I have a theory, or my theory is, or I think....
It keeps the discussion going without other posters having to backtrack and figure out what's what.

Posts are going to be discussed. Some people are going to agree, some won't. It's not personal. People are going to look and see what they think fits with other facts, other theories, the timeline, and their own ideas. It's how we respectfully share and learn.

First off, you're confusing what's IN evidence versus what it actually means. After you look at the evidence, you are coming to conclusions that even EXPERTS can't agree on. I totally get having a gut feel. That's fine. But you can't confuse your gut feeling with the reality.

Patsy submitted multiple handwriting samples. The analysis showed that on a scale of 1 - 5 (5 being she didn't do it) she scored a 4.5. That doesn't strike me as solid evidence.

We have explained on this thread many times that some of us wake up and toss on the same clothes. You have absolutely no idea what Patsy did every day in her own home. Yes, she was very put together when she was out in public. So am I! But if you saw how I looked right now, you wouldn't believe it because I am totally grubbed out.

Patsy said she applied fresh makeup.

I'm not sure what a blanket and nightgown in the dryer means?? I have a dog blanket in my dryer that's been in there since I washed it yesterday. Does that mean I am going to kill my dog?

If the killer was a person who knew the Ramsey's, they would likely know which staircase they used. Where could Patsy have left the ransom note that wouldn't have raised suspicion in your mind? On her counter? At the front door? She lives in the home. Why does the staircase seem more suspicious than leaving it in her bathroom or the kitchen?

If an intruder entered the home while the Ramsey's were at the party, he had hours of time to make a device to strangle JB and use the notepad.

John has a reputation as being a southern man. The fumbling police detective even noted him as being cordial.

Santa Bill had a wife who was very into movies and Hollywood. She was very familiar with movie lines.
