Huh? Why would you only half believe them? Because they didn't sound like they were rooting for Team Kate? In my recollections, the only time Kate has said anything to the contrary was when she said that Jon told her to get a lawyer (and that could have happened even if she had told him she wanted a divorce)

So, yes, I believe that Kate wanted the marriage to end, not Jon. But I still believe that Jon is an idiot for making any other relationship public before he was ready to settle down with somebody else.

JMHO, but I think Kate just has better PR people and they prepare her for interviews very well. But I do agree with you that Jon would have been better off taking the high road here and just issuing a statement to deny anything that was blatantly false. However, for the Team Kate people, that would never have been good enough, I'm sure.

Well, I do think kate told him it was over, it was the 'contract' that Jodi and Kevin talked about that I half believed. (well, 59% ) It is showing that jodi told the truth, but I am still uncomfortable with the method they chose and the possible financial motivation. I am on Team Kids, and they will be hurt by their relatives on national tv. It would be worth it if it got them off the show, but that doesn't seem to be even a remote possibility.

I love the article about J&K being about 'Better parenting through product placement' that's great! It's sad though that people really do view having piles or money and stuff (they said 'blessed', I disagree in this case) as a great thing, the BEST thing. It's not. I hope my kids learn that lesson. Some things are more valuable than stuff.

Jon Gosselin and the women he's dated can't seem to get their stories straight.

In an explosion of contradictions, tell all interviews and jaw-dropping inconsistencies, Wednesday is a big day in the drama of Jon's post-Kate romantic life.

Contradicting himself, his friends and the women he's dated, Jon gave an interview to In Touch magazine and says he's dating Hailey
Glassman, 22. Yet on July 26, Jon told People magazine, "I'm single," and described Hailey as a good friend.

Jon also tells In Touch that he's just pals with former Star magazine reporter Kate Major and does not admit to ever dating her. He
says: "I think she fell for me."

Really Jon? Because it sure seemed like Jon and New Kate were dating when she resigned from Star on July 22, announced that they
were in a romantic relationship and spent a week in The Hamptons staying with Michael Lohan!

Michael told RadarOnline.com on Wednesday: "Kate and Jon did go on dates. I mean, obviously it's not exclusive." Hmm...not exclusive
sound a lot different than Jon's never dated at all take on the matter.

But wait. Major is going to tell her own story later today to E! and we are pretty sure it's going to contradict with Jon.

One thing RadarOnline.com knows for sure, despite Jon's statements conflicting with his earlier statements, he is dating Hailey Glassman now.

In fact, they're together right now, we've learned.

The reason for all Jon's contradictory statements? Simple. He's terrified Kate will use all of this against him in the divorce war.

They really do need to keep their mouths shut. Talk about more people saddling up for their 15 minutes of fame. If they truly cared about the kids they wouldn't be talking about their problems with their mother on national TV. Lord knows there are enough relatives and mutal friends to gossip. My mother-in-law talks about my husband and I all up and down the eastern seabboard. She doesn't have to go on TV to express her "concern" that we aren't living our lives the way she thinks we should!

That's not the way Jon is saying it did. And his story jives with what Kevin & Jodi were saying in the interviews earlier this year. And it also jives with what Jon's mother said in the one interview with Star magazine -- she said he was going to be portrayed differently than how it really was.

Divorce equals he said, she said, my friend did this, my friend did that.

Let's see..Jodi mad at Kate because Kate refused to let her be paid for the very show Jodi thinks show is terrible for the kids now that she isn't on it. Jon's mother, who should be on Jon's side and probably hears his side from him, well I expect both of them to be on his side. Although, Jon says Kevin and Jodi don't know what they are talking about (right from his lips, not from a source).
I haven't a clue who said what to who, and I have no idea why Kate told Jon (if she did) she was done. I don't know if he was already messing around, or refused to hold up to his side of the bargain (staying home with the kids, while she was out book pushing) or what. I also don't know if it was something she did that forced the break up of the marriage. I definately thought at the renewel ceremony that she was hoping they would be together forever for the kids.
As for Steve, I haven't heard he wasn't married, so I hope he's just joining her while she takes the boys out for fun. The boys aren't ready for her to have an affair with a married man either. Now, if he was 'free' and they eventually hooked up, I have no more problem with that, than if Jon hooks up (with a decent person, not the floozies he seems to be attracted to).

I'm sure they have a lot of dirt on Jon & Kate through the years that they could write several books on. Doesn't anyone find it strange that J & K never really had any friends or significant family on previous shows. You can say the excuse that they didn't want to be seen, but I find this very odd. I think Kevin & Jody and their kids were the only interaction the Gosselin gang had with another family.

I don't find it strange, because I don't know if that is true. I just know about the few hours they tape..not the other hours. Maybe when Kate or Jon are on the phone, they are talking to family. They have said family doens't want to be taped..well, with the paparazzi, it's hard to get together, if you don't want to be taped. Yes, K & J were part of it, and while they didn't get 'paid' they did have some reimbursement money, and they had no problem being on camera.

I hope Kate has friends, I really do, but Carla and her daughter were/are paid help. I think TLC is attempting to address items talked about online (Kate has no friends and all family is estranged). I absolutely agree that Kevin and Jodi are not helping and their behavior is questionable..

Hey, Kate, it's the law that your kids wear helmets when riding.....I have to throw that in.

I might be wrong but I don't think Carla is paid help. Kate mentioned knowing her for almost 20 years. I know her daughter is but that is no different than me hiring the neighbors kid to babysit. Personally, I don't know how the woman has time for friends. I have three kids and has they get older, more involved in activities it is even hard to get a scrapbook saturday together. This was something my BFFs and I did regularly when the kids were in the pet rock stage.

IMO Jodi & Kevin didn't really have much choice to come out and, yet again, say 'their piece' on camera. After all they came out and gave interviews saying how it was all Kate's fault and Jon was so nice....blah, blah, blah. Everyone agreed because that was the commonly held belief.

Then Jon goes and starts acting like he's auditioning for 'Celebrity Love Island', and many people now have totally different opinions of him.

Result - Jodi & Kevin look like they've been played by Jon.

I saw the new interview as a way to try to claw back some dignity (IMO way too late for that), and they did change the focus slightly - less about Jon & Kate and a bit more about the 'poor kids'.

I know I'm slightly biased with these two, but IMO the only problem they have with the show now is that they're not on it.

Wondering if it annoyed anyone else that she kept mentioning that she was doing it all alone? To me all alone does not include someone else putting a tent up or making smores and she is sitting out and Carla's daughter is at the fire with all the kids. Overall I think it is very hard to have eight kids and be in this situation, but my husband works long hours everyday and off on Sunday and when I do it all by myself that means all by myself. If she had had help but still put the tent together or been more active while making the smores it would not have bothered me at all.

Jodi and Kevin are in it for the money. I wonder how much they've made selling their "story" to the tabloids (both paper and on the Internet.)

I'd say that Jodi's sister (Julie was it?) was in it for her 15 minutes of fame.

I lost respect for Jodi and Kevin a very long time ago.

I know someone who attended college with Jody and believe me, their was no reimbursement money! The paparazzi weren't always a problem so the family and friends couldn't get together before?? It is not noted either way, so I would have to assume yes. I think laws apply no matter where you are. Otherwise I think some wild parties would be going on (in general)!

I am sure Kevin and Jodi have enough dirt to do so. I'm betting J&K have enough dirt on them to worte and book about them too. heck, I have enough dirt on practically everyone I know to write some story for the media if they become famous.

I would say that Kevin and Jodi aren't much above the dirt they walk on imo but I really avoid anything and everything said by them. I do not trust them at all. I don't really "trust" any of these whodunits in this whole soap opera story but I just do give these tabloid stories a lot of credit all the way around--be it against Kate, Jon etc. Now when they have pics like Jon in St. Tropez, I sorta have to believe there is something going on between him and Hailey. But the new girl at the garage--not quite yet. I'm still waiting for that one.

Carla is paid help. Kate has said in a few previous episodes that she "can only afford Carla a few days a week." Carla also was the laundry "put away" person as well as Kate's summer helper/babysitter.
