Be grateful it was only water, she took my favorite vacation spot..... and left me to know her ex boyfriend lives there.

Also, I've been watching the trial over (esp in the early parts of the trial...) and its amazing how much weight Jodi has lost. She is looking older by the minute.

I won't give that page any visits. I have no interest to upset myself, which is what they want people from the other side to be.

So Patty gave no warning about not coming and now testifying. I wonder if that is why everyone was told to leave the court room. Nobody ever said what kind of look Nurmi had on his face when he up and left the whole place. This is going to get good.

And no her mom can't testify now that they used " Abused as a child " She would be shreaded by Juan. They only only listed 2 and yet were going to have 3. I would not use someone from the jail. I don't know why they are upset with that.

I guess they are down to Darryl , what happened to the bride? Did she back out to? How weird would that be if he backed out also?

Amazing what I can get done when the trial is off....
I have already planted my garden, done dishes (both hand and dishwasher), refilled the hummingbird feeders and had a nice cup of joe on the deck

I do not clean (well hardly ever and not well) so can't help you there

In the ground. I bought tomato plants but the rest are seed. We shall see. I have planted tomatoes and peppers before, but this is the first time I have had a "real" garden.
We live out in the country and have plenty of deer, coon, rabbits etc... so it remains to be seen if it will survive all those things!

I don't know what good that would do anyway as she is already found guilty. Do we know who filed the docket?

This will sound ridiculous and I'm okay with that...I got home today and some animal had ripped the fencing off my rabbits cage. Think it was the neighbors black lab that has the need to poop in the yard all too often. Anyway, the rabbits are gone...I have no idea if they're dead or alive. My emotions have been everywhere, reminds me of Travis' family. Knowing there was fear and then the unknowing of what happened (though they finally kind of figured it out). My heart is broken and hope I can find them or they come home but have a feeling they may be hawk food. I don't even know how I'll tell my daughter...it will have to be over the phone since I'm going to work. It's so nauseating to think of the "what ifs"....anyway I'm a Debbie downer and hate that even amidst these moments in my life I am brought back to this trial. I need a life!!

Awww, so sorry Pebbles. That's heartbreaking. I am the owner of a bunny killing dog (wild bunnies mind you). They nest under our shed and between my dumb sheltie and the next door neighbors golden retriever, those poor bunnies have to be on alert ALL the time. I was telling the bunnies today when I went back there to get the lawn mower (yes, I talk to them. Call me crazy), that they need to be more careful when they venture out to eat!
