I tried watching trial today, but I just can't stay focused. I enjoyed seeing Jodi last week in her stripes and heavy guards around her. Haven't watched the movie yet, dvr'd it. Dh and I were watching end of nascar race and then the grandkids stopped bye. I'm the one with the car troubles. Just got off the phone speaking my mind to the Hyundai case manager. One minute I'm told the part is on backorder, the next it will be at dealership tomorrow. If it's not in tomorrow morning, I'm looking for the CEO of Hyundai!! I just want to know the facts. But I did get to go see "Myrtle Manor" while I was there. Dh thought I was crazy.

I would be upset as well. It is a brand new car. I hope you get the part tomorrow.

On Friday 6/21, they filed a motion to have the AGGRAVATED PHASE of the trial vacated.

I seriously doubt the judge will vacate this decision being it was the jury that determined the aggravating factor.

But I agree, N & W are aggravating.

A little birdy texted me the other day and said my name came up.

Just got trialed out and had enough. Real life came a-calling and I've been catching up on things I had put on hold. Recorded the Lifetime movie, but it will probably go the way of the Casey Anthony movie...keep it around for months and then delete it, unwatched.

No interest whatsoever in watching the Zimmerman trial. Caught up a little here...there's a general trial thread? Not sure what other trials are coming up (besides Sneiderman), or if I want to wade through Zimmerman stuff to catch it!

I've wanted to attend a court case (if only once...not daily, "a la Perky Katie"...BTW, did her "fame" fizzle??") and if there's a trial near the murder scene, I'll try to go to the former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez' trial. The body was found two miles from where I used to live.

Hope all is well with everyone! I bet Charlotte is chunking up! So many changes in the first month!

UR, glad you had a good trip. I scanned posts in the thread update email recently, so I never looked at your pics; I'll take a look back. We're planning our next trip for this Fall. I've done little planning in the last few years, but I may over-analyze it this time like I used to do years ago.

Yeah, we started a general trial watching thread, just because another Zimmerman thread had poofed, but there is an ongoing thread so far. Come back and make us a Sneiderman thread when it starts if you want and for sure if you attend Aaron Hernandez' trial, gawd, maybe you can get on Dr Drew's.

Check out Via Napoli, great service and great food, that's my best tip for your Fall trip. We're changing all our plans and that's going right in there for our November trip.

I really didn't think I was going to watch the Zimmerman trial because JA wiped me out , but here I am, all in again ... Maybe I should think about getting myself a less stressful hobby ... The best part of getting involved in these cases though is being able to keep in touch and discussing it (and other things) with my new DIS buddies ...

I hope to see you pop in on the other thread "All things Jodi" too ... Oh, and like UR said, don't waste your time watching the JA movie ... It was awful ...
