Oh boy, looks like I missed a lot this afternoon ... I actually got to watch about 2 hours of DeMartee's morning testimony on the plane coming home from WDW this afternoon ... I was so happy the plane had DirectTV ... From what I saw, I am loving DeMartee ... She seems very professional, knowledgeable and speaks very well ... I can't wait to watch more of her testimony ...

How has the DT been handling this testimony so far? ... Has Willie bitten her lip off yet? ...

THIS is what an expert looks and sounds like. DT, you would do well to pay attention if you ever have the bad fortune to get called to defend a murderer again.

Smart call on JM's part. Now he can give the DT some of their own medicine. Give him a little time to let his witness what he means specifically about his question.

I also like she is sharp and quick with her answers. Rarely has to look at her notes.

Indeed, a very smart move. She was a be thrown thinking he was gonna start with the killing, he wants to know about how it makes not sense how JA stuck around after the killing and tried to cover things up, that shows cognitive thought not fight or flight mode.

I've been watching this trial for soo long, dh and ds just went and fixed dinner all by themselves without me asking and are eating without me.

Oh, they deserve some nice stickers and a round of "G'boys". Hope they made enough for their dinner tomorrow night too.

I really really like this witness too. She's awesome. BUT...as they've been saying on HLN, the real test will be on cross examination. It appears now that she'll be excellent, and I hope she is, but we'll see!
