Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

I was away from my desk - sorry! What was damaging???

This expert read from an email from JA about her anger. She kicks holes in walls and such.

ETA: I can not see up close with my glasses on and have to remove them to see something close.

DeMartee says that people actually remember more about traumatic experiences.

DeMartee doesn't agree that people experience memory loss and gaps with trauma. They might lose small aspects of the incident.

Jurors continue to listen intently to Dr. DeMartee. Many still taking notes, no questions in the bin.

I've been watching this trial for soo long, dh and ds just went and fixed dinner all by themselves without me asking and are eating without me.

Smart call on JM's part. Now he can give the DT some of their own medicine. Give him a little time to let his witness what he means specifically about his question.

I also like she is sharp and quick with her answers. Rarely has to look at her notes.

Me to.

I like how it takes the DT 2 witnesses to diagnose JA, but only one to disprove both of them.

:thumbsup2

===============================

Local news is showing tons of people stranded at DFW with flights delayed due to American Airlines computer problem.

Oh boy, looks like I missed a lot this afternoon ... I actually got to watch about 2 hours of DeMartee's morning testimony on the plane coming home from WDW this afternoon ... I was so happy the plane had DirectTV :thumbsup2 ... From what I saw, I am loving DeMartee ... She seems very professional, knowledgeable and speaks very well ... I can't wait to watch more of her testimony ...

How has the DT been handling this testimony so far? ... Has Willie bitten her lip off yet? ;) ...

Indeed, a very smart move. She was a be thrown thinking he was gonna start with the killing, he wants to know about how it makes not sense how JA stuck around after the killing and tried to cover things up, that shows cognitive thought not fight or flight mode.
