I noticed that also. I also noticed that JW appears to be chewing gum. Really?
Caught that too....
She is young and cute. I know trivial but she is.

She's very confident and well-spoken. I love that she's young, therefore up-to-date on current practices and diagnoses - she's sort of the anti-ALV/Samuels.
She looks quite pleased with herself...and she put her glasses on just for the jury.
Finally, the start of the state's rebuttal case. There is a light at the end of the tunnel!

BBB is writing nonstop like Willie.
Guessing Willie is going to do the cross.

Oooh, ALV is someone she would have been a supervisor over ... that says to the jury she is more qualified than ALV. Go JM!
Age has nothing to do with a person's ability to be an expert or up-todate on current practices and diagnosis. I personally know two people who are in their late 60 and hold doctorates in psychology and have been practicing for over 35 years. They are up to date on all aspects of their jobs, and on technology. The DT witnesses were not up to snuff, but that had nothing to do with age.
Drives me nuts!
And the State is quick to the point with the State's witnesses.![]()

I guess what I should have said is "fresh out of school", since that's what I was thinking. My apologies - no offense intended.![]()
