I'm watching the opening statements that HLN aired last Friday. Willie said that Darryl was Jodi's boss at the resort but that after Jodi was promoted to Event Planner they could date because he was no longer her boss. Didn't Darryl testify that he went back to being a server and that's why they could date (since he was no longer her boss)? I thought I remember thinking that was odd...either he got demoted or stepped down.

His testimony about meeting Jodi starts at about 8:40. He was employed as a Food & Beverage Director and hired her as a server. About a year later, he left that position and they could date (I'm guessing openly...I don't believe they weren't cozying up before that....maybe Jodi convinced him that the company rules were only that they couldn't have ******l intercourse ).

At about 13:35, he says "We had changes in management and the positions that affect my job and I made the decision to step out of my management job and did so."

I wonder how she was able to pass that off to someone to sell when it could be seized by the guards at the jail.

It'd be nice if we had some legit list of evidence that's been admitted in this trial.

I've been up for a few hours already, got the big freezer defrosting cause I'm cleaning that thing out today and thanks to Jen dinner is already in the crock pot.

I hope everyone's well or getting well, I'm hoping I don't have any relapse since I'm feeling like I'll be completely well tomorrow.

Today I can watch the trial practically uninterrupted! I missed most of it yesterday because Judge Wishy Washy can't seem to do things in a timely matter and I only caught until they went to lunch. Today it's storming so I won't feel bad about not enjoying the weather. Plus, I'm all caught up and ready to join in the riveting conversation, I have some time to catch up on all the links people have posted. I'm about to go and read/listen to Darryl's testimony.

I saw a quick glimpse of the Alexander family, did Samantha dye her hair blonde??

You know the response... (blank stare - figuring out how not to respond yes or no) followed by "I don't believe you did ask me if I could care less, dear (with snide inflection), but in my mind I often care more about a case than less because, when I watched my first case back in...blah, blah, blah..." Why subject yourself. Just wait for control of the remote.

I was attempting to find information on Travis' siblings and found a bunch of pics of Taneisha acting silly...and she has almost full sleeve tattoos! She looks so hard/harsh while she's in court. I'm thinking that the siblings must have all been like Travis in personality (the fun type). If he left his management job for a server job, and then dated Jodi, and then they bought a house, if he was a server, that's not looking like a very good choice (buying a house).

She looks really pretty in some pictures. Even back to the beginning of the trial, she looks better. Looks like she's gotten really thin. I'm sure this trial is doing a number on her and the whole family. I don't know how they get up every morning and head to the courtroom to hear their murdered brother ripped apart again.
