I think he was alluding that the only time ALV spoke with Jodi was after the murder, so ALV saying she didn't lie prior to the murder was a moot point. All the ALV interviews of Jodi were after the murder so it is possible she lied to ALV.

I thought that Juan asked her if she lied to AL. Maybe I am wrong. I know she said she lied to everyone. Has AL heard that?

I don't recall anything like this. These two trials are SO different. I've said it once or twice or a million times on these threads, but the way Judge Perry ran that courtroom was awesome, right down to being ON TIME each day.

After she reluctantly admitted that she couldn't know whether or not Jodi was lying, if I heard correctly, ALV said that "so far" (at that point in her, "research") Travis was the only one she could see with a history of lying. What? How so?

You are the ONLY one here that somehow thinks he is "losing", everyone else here can see what he is doing. Your response about the whole jury instructions thing and all that is about as round about as some ALV would say.

Indeed, JM uses anything this weak DT throws out back against them! The DT pretty much discredits themselves in the long run because their entire case is based on lies and speculation.

I never said it was gonna be easy, but I think JM is doing a great job destroying the only defense this DT has and that is these experts. If you destroy a defense as well as JM in you should be able to score a win as long as the jury has the backbone to give the DP.

If JA does not get the DP I will see it as a lack of Backbone to sentence someone to death rather then a loss for JM and the State.
