Really? So if I'm reading this write, because the defense knows they're losing, they want a way out. Well not really what it says, but that's what I make of it.

True but I think it was all lumped into one motion. I think Nurmi is trying to say the witnesses are being abused by not only JM but by internet forums who are rallying around and leaving bad reviews on amazon for her book. Also, because of forums, people have called the places of her speaking engagements and they are being cancelled. I think the DT is grasping at straws and look ridiculous.
