Really though- no harm done IMO. Didn't happen too often, no physical or emotional damage. I don't spank my kids but I've certainly not damaged because of it...

I think they can see her anger issues in the pictures from the crime scene.

That does not show a pattern or history of violence and anger issues though! If you show that it become much easier to imagine Jodi doing this in premeditation, her anger and jealousy fueling her murder plan.

I understand the pen vs pencil thing as it's a big no-no in the medical field to use a pencil. Too easy to change things. Though I guess when filling in bubbles, who knows. I prefer pencil when I write because it flows easier, but I still use pen when need be.

Bubbles require pencils (oh, tag fairy ) to be counted, run thru the computer.

And if I was a juror, I'd be furious with the prosecutor for wasting my time as well as Nurmi droning on and one and on.
