Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

If you are to believe the casing dropped out of clothing and if the casing is very light one could argue it bounced off the floor to land in the blood.

If you're saying she shot him last, then one has to wonder why would Jodi shoot Travis after cutting his throat from ear to ear getting both jugular and carotid arteries rather than shooting him and then cutting him from ear to ear to kill him. And the bullet didn't kill him, the cut throat did. Maybe she shot him first just to daze him so she could have the upper hand to torture him. Hell, maybe all this time she's more sinister than stupid to think a .25 shot at the angle she shot him would kill him. :scratchin

The pool of blood looks pretty dry. If it had been wet it may have sunk into it a little bit. It seems she stabbed him first and then slit his throat and then shot him. If there was a struggle near that pool of blood it would have smear marks everywhere around it. But it stayed in tact.

Yes, which is why I think the Gunshot was last, AFTER the struggle.

But if everything had already happened...gunshot (and casing falling onto his clothes), Travis getting to the mirror to look to see what happened, continual stabbing, throat slicing, etc...then while cleaning up, the casing could drop and stay on top of the blood.
That's just another example of the proseutor testifying in this trail, it happens frequently. :rolleyes1
But he got it from somewhere, or was he making it up that she kicked her mother?
This was a conversation he had with Jodi.
OK. So Samuels report states that Jodi said she kicked her mother and couldn't give a reason? That's what I don't get...who is saying that it was for "no apparent reason". Or UR, is that what you're saying that JM threw in...the "no apparent reason" part. So, Sammy had in his report that Jodi kicked her mother, but Sammy didn't note WHY, so JM threw that comment in?

I don't know why I'm focusing on this, with all the other **** in this trial. :lmao:

So you are going to attack JM for showing that Jodi has had bad anger issues in the past which shows she could be capable of getting angry enough to kill? Why?

I thought this was brilliant, the jury does not know about how JA slashed his tires in a rage, but now they do know that she kicked her own mother in one.

Meh, old prosecutors trick when they want info included.

A lot of things have to fall perfectly in to place for your theory to be correct, I guess it is the same with my theory though. That is the problem, with no witnesses (other then the murderer) all we are left with are theories based on the evidence.

Whatever, at least we agree on the fact that Travis DID NOT chase her and that the gun was the one stolen from her grandparents house showing that it was premeditated and NOT Travis's.

Oh, it's highly unlikely Travis chased her and much less likely he owned a .25 coincidentally the same caliber weapon stolen from Jodi's grandparents.

Naw, you are giving her to much credit, I would only believe that if she was a serial murderer or assassin.

In my theory Travis stumbles from the Shower where he is stabbed and gets his defensive wounds to the sink where he coughs up blood and is stbbed 9 times in the back, to the doorway and she slits his throat from behind here making the large pool of blood there. he falls or is pulled backward falling flat on his back, still he could be twitching or gasping so JA goes gets the gun and shoots him in the head.

This would also explain why the medical examiner cannot say for certain if he was alive or dead when shot. If he was shot first I think her could.

Mum, is that you???
:)
:wave2:

This wooden spoon crap is BS, my grandma broke more then one wooden spoon on me and my brother. Hell one time i knew it was coming so i hid under a bed for 2 hours and when I finally came out she still got me.

Did that give me PTSD or anything like it? Hell no!

My Gma used a fresh switch of a tree in the back yard :scared1: I think I turned out ok.

My parents got sick of breaking wooden spoons so we had to move onto something sturdier....not issues here

:rotfl2: Yardstick? Or board? :thumbsup2

But does anyone know where Juan was getting that from, about Jodi kicking her mother for no apparent reason? I'm just curious where that came from. Anyone know what Juan was referring to?

I believe she had it written down in her journal.

Agreed on the gun, but you talk about JM's "Old Prosecutors trick" like it is a bad thing. It was brilliant, it shows the jurors Jodi's anger issues.

LOL, as I've been told, the prosecutor, I mean Mr Juanderful is gonna tie all this together in his fabulous rebuttal. ;)

And I'm a big supporter of folks who have a method to their madness, but Martinez is all over the place, lands on the craziest things (pens versus pencils), at this point, who knows? :confused3

A "souvenir" paddle from an amusement park we went to annually for a family vacation- my brother and I joke with them about how wrong that was:)

He may know why, he just may not want to say as he doesn't want to have to answer that to Juan. The jury has more question. This juror could be here for a long time...:faint:

I think they can see her anger issues in the pictures from the crime scene.

:thumbsup2 Thanks! Just got to that point in HLN.

I really really like JM, but I have to agree. If we could edit out all the BS on both sides, this trial would be long over with, and I'd be done with Spring Cleaning.

If Willie didn't object every 30 seconds we'd be much farther down the road...

She's starting to grate on my nerves.

I understand the pen vs pencil thing as it's a big no-no in the medical field to use a pencil. Too easy to change things. Though I guess when filling in bubbles, who knows. I prefer pencil when I write because it flows easier, but I still use pen when need be.
