Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

Not sure if anyone posted this...

Beth Karas InSessionI see papers in the jury basket. More questions. #JodiArias

I have "This is the song that never ends..." going through my head, but it will be interesting to see what the questions are at this point.

Where did the fact that Jodi kicked her mom for no apparent reason come from? Did Jodi say that? In her journals? To Samuels? :confused3

The reason she didn't unload into him may have been because the weapon jammed, it's an automatic and if you recall, Jodi's story about the ninjas includes a jamming ( since she incorporates some truth in her lies).
:

I suppose that is a possible with the clothes, but then if she did not think this gun jam was gonna happen (and how could she?) then why did she have the knife with her too? She must of had it with her in the bathroom to switch gears from shooting to stabbing so quickly after the first shot did not kill Travis.

Where as if the gunshot is last and Travis is stabbed 29 time and has his throat slit and is very near death on the ground it gives her a chance to go get the gun and then bring it back to the bathroom and deliver the final death blow. Don't you think?

Most likely Jodi, you know how she loves to babble on. It may have been in her journals. But Juan did get it out that Jodi had anger issues long before the murder.

:rotfl: I'm amending my theory that Jodi looks like Deanna Reid coz this is a Deanna Little from Travis obit memorial:

I don't know that they're the same people.

Well damn, I need to get some psych help, my mum broke a wooden spoon on my **** once. Lol.

This wooden spoon crap is BS, my grandma broke more then one wooden spoon on me and my brother. Hell one time i knew it was coming so i hid under a bed for 2 hours and when I finally came out she still got me.

Did that give me PTSD or anything like it? Hell no!

Still middle or not, it is laying on top and did not roll into the blood.

The pool of blood looks pretty dry. If it had been wet it may have sunk into it a little bit. It seems she stabbed him first and then slit his throat and then shot him. If there was a struggle near that pool of blood it would have smear marks everywhere around it. But it stayed in tact.

We agree on that. A tiddly wink jumps into the air and a dropped casing will jump in the air after hitting the stone floor as well. Once in the thick blood, it lacks the momentum to move or roll much. The casing could have dropped from clothes that originally caught the round.

My parents got sick of breaking wooden spoons so we had to move onto something sturdier....not issues here

If you are to believe the casing dropped out of clothing and if the casing is very light one could argue it bounced off the floor to land in the blood.

But does anyone know where Juan was getting that from, about Jodi kicking her mother for no apparent reason? I'm just curious where that came from. Anyone know what Juan was referring to?

Ok and what about my response above that one, about the knife being in the bathroom for no apparent reason, since Jodi could not of known the gun was gonna jam? (if that is indeed what happened)

That's just another example of the proseutor testifying in this trail, it happens frequently. :rolleyes1

This was a conversation he had with Jodi.

Jodi testified they used the knife to cut the rope for the fantasy session, in fact, she went as far to explain how the rope was so long Travis had to take it allll the way to the bathroom to measure and cut it. (Unlikely, but that's what she testified.) ::yes::

So you are going to attack JM for showing that Jodi has had bad anger issues in the past which shows she could be capable of getting angry enough to kill? Why?

I thought this was brilliant, the jury does not know about how JA slashed his tires in a rage, but now they do know that she kicked her own mother in one.

A lot of things have to fall perfectly in to place for your theory to be correct, I guess it is the same with my theory though. That is the problem, with no witnesses (other then the murderer) all we are left with are theories based on the evidence.

Whatever, at least we agree on the fact that Travis DID NOT chase her and that the gun was the one stolen from her grandparents house showing that it was premeditated and NOT Travis's.
