I think he's doing just fine. By proving that she has a history of being confrontational when things don't go her way, he's setting it up to prove this. It will probably come out, she went over to confront him about going to Cancun with another woman. She didn't like it or couldn't change his mind with sexual favors so she did him in.

That was proven yesterday and that is most likely why they stopped with that whole excuse. That is blowing their whole case. But it proved that she lied about how he was not in control, and she was. It was a mixture. No one here is wrong. We are not the liars....
