Jodi Arias Trial Part 2, starting with JM cross of JA

So Jodi had Travis' camera, she was taking pictures of him, she dropped it and that is what set him off, right??? Did she then pick it up and put the strap around her neck and that is how she still had it after running to the closet, grabbing the gun and knife and beginning to kill him thus leading to the quick death shots that were taken? If it was a camera that had a wrist band, I don't see how the death shots could have been taken. Just something that popped into my head..
Good point! IIRC, the camera bag with the strap still in it was elsewhere. Hhhmmm....
Good Morning, everyone!!! :wave2:

For me court always comes so early. I have to scramble to get things done by 9:15am (today).
Never thought about that for you west coasters. At least we east coasters have the morning to get things done. As if that's what I'm doing. :crazy2:

Yes, the Maricopa County site did say that they can have money in their accounts. As I recall CA bought all sorts of junk with hers.

I am sure her family gives her money. Their poor murderous baby girl needs support!

I'm bowing out of George Zimmerman too. Ever since NBC televised part of a 911 call, I think it was, and edited it to give a different impression, I stopped listening. Before that, I was turned off, before George Zimmerman was arrested, when people called for his arrest and conviction before much information had even been known.

I think this is why I will watch and follow because I was listening all over the place; radio, tv, reading all over the place; internet, newspaper, etc.

I need to hear the REAL facts of this case.

I do not have an opinion on it at all.

Also for me, I am always always intriqued how different states try their cases.

My son is in Law School in RI and I was hoping he would become a criminal lawyer and I could go to all his cases and sit in the back of the courtroom and watch him BUT he has chosen business law. He has been with RIDOT for 3 years and loves it. Sooooo there goes my hopes for sitting in the back of the courtroom watching him. lol

I don't know what the other East Coasters are doing, but I'm sitting here rewatching trial coverage from last night. :rolleyes1 I have about an hour to get anything done I meant to do, but I don't see any of it getting done at this point.

Hey! I am home with a kidney stone today ( was in labor and delivery last night...) so I get to watch the trial in its entirety today! Woohoo!
Oh no! Hope you're feeling better.
I've been trying to follow this trial but really can't watch during the day. I get the recaps on the evening shows.

Your point about the camera is a good one. If she dropped the camera causing him to attack her, how are there later pictures? The camera should be where it was dropped. On Nancy Grace (I know...) last night a caller also made an interest comment about the time stamps on the pictures. From the picture of him in the shower to the one of her standing over the body ts about 2 minutes. Is it even possible all of that (including stabbing him 29 times) could happen in that length of time?
I think, but I'm not sure, that the 29 times includes defensive wounds on his hands. So while she's stabbing, he's putting his hands up and she's slashing them too. I think I also heard yesterday that his feet had slash wounds?? Could be wrong about that. I "watch" sometimes going from room to room cleaning/tidying, and don't always get the story right.

I feel exactly the same way about Zimmerman - I haven't made up my mind. I want to hear the details of everything, unedited, before I do.

Was the 48 hour interview before she admitted she killed him?

Cool! I'm in RI. :) I've wanted to go watch a trial in person since the the Claus Von Bulow trial. Not sure if it was the first (guilty) or second (not guilty) trial that I worked in Providence during, but I used to see him and his entourage going to lunch sometimes. He ate well...Hemenways!

My granddaughter will be 3 on the 10th.
My grandson is 41/2.
They give their mother a run for her money.

He is in preschool so I only have her on Fridays when my daughter has a class.
Tomorrow she has a doctors appt.
She always skips happily out of my house when she leaves me Emma.;)
Even for a doctors appt. :upsidedow

Watched the intro... She claims two intruders came into the house....

So what is that, story number 2?

Yes thats #2.

Her face looks so bizarre in that interview doesn't it?
My husband says because her eyes look black empty and dead.

Mare, I did not know that!!! I will be there in MAY for his graduation. We have rented out a place called 'The Waterman Grille". I have only seen pictures of it. He and his gf met the first day of law school and both families are doing a huge grad party for them. :goodvibes

WOW, cool about CVB. I remember THAT trial. He was found NG and everyone was SHOCKED, right? Sonny, she was sooooo pretty. :sad1:

I haven't watched the whole thing. Just watching recap from yest and heard her saying things about how wonderful he was and smiling away. wondered if that was BEFORE she admitted she killed him.

Such cute (exhausting!) ages! :lovestruc

Oh, I remember that feeling of happily skipping away to anything! Sometimes you just gotta get a break from the darling children we love so much. :)

I looked into the Waterman Grille for my daughter's wedding (a small gathering) and can't remember why we didn't have it there...could've been that they weren't available...but seem to recall it looked like a really nice place. Congrats to your son and his GF and have a good time! (DD got married during the Casey Anthony trial...talk about disrupting my trial watching! ;) )

CVB was convicted, then got a new trial. Jurors from the first trial were outraged about the not guilty verdict in the second trial, but IIRC there were some huge changes in what evidence was allowed or not allowed into the second trial. I never felt like they had enough to convict him.
