So basically she was being treated the same way in court as she was in jail. She's been in jail since 2008, that's 5 years without lunch and it's just now bothering her? Granted, that's quite a long time between meals IF you're not used to it.

That was the way I took it. Maybe she's been getting lunch during the trial and didn't yesterday? Maybe she told them that she's getting headaches because she's not getting lunch and is under a lot of stress being under cross? I don't know. There must be more information regarding this that they just haven't stated.

So Jodi had Travis' camera, she was taking pictures of him, she dropped it and that is what set him off, right??? Did she then pick it up and put the strap around her neck and that is how she still had it after running to the closet, grabbing the gun and knife and beginning to kill him thus leading to the quick death shots that were taken? If it was a camera that had a wrist band, I don't see how the death shots could have been taken. Just something that popped into my head..

I also think that after JM got her to say the part that he was "beautiful on the inside and out" in the memorial book, was not meant as a reference to his pedophile acts.. then JM should have said, then did you mean he was "literally beautiful on the inside and out because you saw his insides when you slashed him 29 times" I think that would make the jury remember just how heinous the murder was.

I'll have to bow out of that one. I got sick of hearing about it, so I'll opt not to watch. At least with this case, the only thing I've heard is from the actual trial or what I've looked up. That one was EVERYWHERE.

I'm bowing out of George Zimmerman too. Ever since NBC televised part of a 911 call, I think it was, and edited it to give a different impression, I stopped listening. Before that, I was turned off, before George Zimmerman was arrested, when people called for his arrest and conviction before much information had even been known. Even with Jodi Arias and Casey Anthony, as much as things look very questionable from the beginning, I wasn't ready to convict them until way more info came out. Besides, I like the really twisted cases that are fascinating to listen to, like the drunk millionaire who killed a young man driving and later adopted his 40-ish yr old girlfriend to protect his assets, or the case in NH where the woman had an affair (and she had to testify that they had oral sex on the neighbor's lawn...just shoot me if I ever get myself in that situation of having to testify to that!) and her lover murdered her husband...stuff like that.

Don't inmates have accounts to keep money for extras? I remember strangers were donating to Casey Anthony's account, much MUCH to Nancy Grace's dismay. Almost gave good ol' Nance a stroke! Surely, Jodi's parents and aunt and weird guy who visits her can donate a few bucks to fee the poor dear.

I have the GD today so will be careful while watching.

I have mine Thursday and Friday this week.
Friday is usually an off day but tomorrow I will have to download a new game on the iPad to distract her.

How old are your grandchildren? Mine is 15 months. I watch her on Fridays, which works out great as far as the trial, but had to watch her this past Monday too. When DD asked me, I was like...??? what about the trial??? But I'm a good grandma and spent Monday night and half of yesterday catching up on recorded trial shows.

I've been trying to follow this trial but really can't watch during the day. I get the recaps on the evening shows.

Your point about the camera is a good one. If she dropped the camera causing him to attack her, how are there later pictures? The camera should be where it was dropped. On Nancy Grace (I know...) last night a caller also made an interest comment about the time stamps on the pictures. From the picture of him in the shower to the one of her standing over the body ts about 2 minutes. Is it even possible all of that (including stabbing him 29 times) could happen in that length of time?

Yes, the Maricopa County site did say that they can have money in their accounts. As I recall CA bought all sorts of junk with hers.
