I always hear good things about Jet Blue.

For the people that have flown with them, was it a good or bad experience?

I love Jetblue, have not flown any other airline in about 8 years. They have great customer service if you ever need to call them. The crews have always been very nice and helpful, I have flown a few times with someone who is claustrophobic and they couldn't have been more understanding. :thumbsup2

The seats and seat clearance in front of you is a bit bigger than other airlines. Now they charge you extra for the most leg room seats so I don't book them anymore.

In the last 8 years they have only changed my flight time once, can't say that about Delta.

And if you book and your flight goes down in price you can call and they will give you a credit to be used within a year. Because of this I always have a credit to be used with my next booking. It used to go down a lot more a few years ago.

Anyhow they really are a great airline to deal with. I just booked with them last week. They seem to be a bit higher this year but what isn't.

Oh and can't forget the TV's. Really helps the time go by.

Flew out of Portland to MCO and back. Excellent service no complaints at all.

Hey DisneyForLife, I noticed you're from MA. Do you fly out of Logan or Green in RI.?

Logan, I just take a bus from Foxboro. So easy.

Jetblue is not in TFGreen yet. I hope some day they will be though. For quick trips it would be nice because that airport is so easy to get in and out of and short term parking is reasonable also.

We only fly JetBlue Boston to Orlando - wouldn't fly any other way!! In the past they seemed to never be late, almost always early. Recently, we were late leaving Orlando and we all received $25 vouchers for our inconvenience. Another flight that left MCO late, they provided free in-air movies.

Love JetBlue! Have flown them exclusively for the last few years, love the planes, the customer service, and especially now they have nonstop flights from PWM to MCO!

I started flying Jet Blue last year and now I have no desire to fly with anyone else. My flights have been on time, the people wonderful, and my flight times don't change drastically if they change at all. This past winter I was even happy to see they had cancelled a flight when passenger safety would have been dubious. Unfortunately that trip I had to pick up someone who had flown Air Tran in gale force winds. The plane was unable to land and they got stranded at another airport after several attempts to touch down.

I've been really impressed with Jet Blue's customer service. The roomier seats don't hurt either. :goodvibes

Jet Blue is tops for a full schedule airline out of Boston to most major destinations. Planes are up-to-date (E190's are excellent, A320's very good) and have the TV's and music to keep you entertained. Price is always competitive. Rebooking due to weather cancellations is only OK as they seem to have issues in bad weather that affect both Boston and NYC/JFK at the same time which causes havoc on a lot of flights at once and they don't seem to staff for the peaks. Jet Blue will be flying out of Hartford soon, so that will open up another market for people west of Boston to consider for JB flights.

The only airline better in the US right now is Virgin America, but they only fly limited flights to SFO and LAX from Boston right now.

Delta has really improved service and reduced some fees over the last few months. It's still a distant third out of Boston though in my mind. If you can go to MHT or PVD, SWA is a great choice if cheap fares and direct flights outweigh assigned seats in your mind.

Love JB. I try to fly with them as often as I can. It's usually either JB or SW.

Love Jet Blue!:thumbsup2

Have not flown with another airline since trying Jet Blue about 8 years ago, and have an upcoming flight coming up in 9 days :cheer2:. We have flown out of Boston as well as Portland, and all flights seem to be on time or even early! :)

Finally saw a decrease in the fares for my scheduled flight and called Jet Blue customer service for my credit, and now I have a 180.00 credit for a future trip!!!:cool1: Love that credit feature :goodvibes, and I can look forward to another WDW adventure within the next year :dance3:

We live about 15 mins or so from Manchester, NH airport, but choose to fly JetBlue whenever possible. We would rather go into Logan and fly them than use SW out of MHT. TVs are a great draw, comfy, extra legroom seats, great FAs, still a bag flies free, don't usually change schedule too much if at all, etc.

We have been loyal JetBlue customers for ten years now and don't even consider another airline unless our destination is somewhere JetBlue doesn't service yet (and each time I'm forced to do this, the other airline's subpar service & airplanes always make me love JetBlue just a bit more!).

I don't even bother price shopping any longer. JetBlue always has a fair price for their flights and even if it's a bit more than the others, it's well worth it for the level of comfort, in-flight service, and overall customer service you receive.

They are what all airlines should strive to be like (but never will because so many of the big carriers just fail to realize the value of providing good service. We have never been dissatisfied!

I absolutely LOVE Jet Blue. In fact I love them so much that if they fly to my destination I will pay more money (within reason) to fly on them over other airlines. And with me that is saying a lot as I have never ever been loyal to an airline before.

We always used Southwest and decided to give Jet Blue a try a few years back. We haven't used anyone else since. The kids (boys 8 and 5) are completely occupied with their own T.V.'s and so am I. The flights are okay on price and seem to arrive early most of the time. We have flown out of JFK and LGA and never had a problem. We are really excited that they are now going to be flying from BDL (Hartford, CT) this fall. We already have tickets for December. $79 BDL-MCO!

I ADORE Jet Blue. Sadly, evil Southest refused to renew their gate lease at Nashville International (probably because they (the evil ones) are flying out of LaGhetto (sorry...LaGuardia) to Nashville now), so it's not usually an option for me. I looked at their rates for Christmas down to Orlando, but Continental was cheaper, so that's what I'm going with.

We love JetBlue! I just wish they would increase their destinations when leaving from Newark or Newburgh.

My kids, who's travel experience includes only 4 flights in their lives, DEMANDED JetBlue for our upcoming trip. Service is top notch, seatback tv's are excellent, and so far we've not had a bad ride from Syr to MCO.:thumbsup2
