I guess I better sign up. I am thinking 500 to try the first time.

I didn't do so well in December, but I am re-energized for January.

Sign me up for 600 minutes. That is about 5 days a week of 30 minute workouts. Its doable and I've done it before. I'm setting WISH as my homepage so I can be reminded first thing I get on. Can get a habit of doing it before wasting time online. :guilty:

I'm gonna be doing a whole lot to reorganize and prioritize in my life. I deserve for me to take care of myself. :goodvibes I lost 40 lbs last year with little to know exercise effort so I know I can do it. No excuses. And the exercise will help me build a healthy habit.

Did 60 yesterday. 30 minutes on the WATP 2 mile walk and 30 on Wii Fit Plus.

As of 1/2/10 I am at 90/700.
 
sign me up for 500 mins. I am getting married in now less than 6 months so I need to have some sort of motivation to get off of my behind.
