Sign me up for 600 minutes. That is about 5 days a week of 30 minute workouts. Its doable and I've done it before. I'm setting WISH as my homepage so I can be reminded first thing I get on. Can get a habit of doing it before wasting time online.
I'm gonna be doing a whole lot to reorganize and prioritize in my life. I deserve for me to take care of myself. I lost 40 lbs last year with little to know exercise effort so I know I can do it. No excuses. And the exercise will help me build a healthy habit.
