Welcome :wizard: You just tell your goal for the month and then come back and update periodically. Some people update daily or weekly, whatever works for you is good. You can tell what you did and for how long like 1/4 60 minutes on the treadmill 60/750 or just update your time. There's no right or wrong way to do it as long as your moving!! :) Goldcupmom will periodically update the first post of the thread with everyone's times. Hope this helps!!

I did 26 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes doing a balance ball video..starting small but better than nothing!!

I did another 20 min on the Wii Fit tonight. That puts me at 75/600!

Sadly I didn't do anything today. DH took the boys to school and got my car door fixed so DD and I cuddled all morning under the covers. It was way to cold to do anything!
 
Can I join??? This seems like wonderful motivation and I am certainly in the need of some. I have just begun using the Walk Away the Pounds programs since I have not really exercised in the past. I am starting out slow with a goal of only 300 minutes. I want to set a goal that I feel that I can achieve, and hopefully surpass.

I got a Wii Fit Plus for Xmas. And so far so good. My goal is 500 minutes this month.

If anyone is a Wii Fit Fan - I would love to know what your routine is? Any tips would be appreciated.

Hey MinnieLove - lots of Wii Fitters on here! lol I like to do a few yoga poses, then one or 2 balance games or such to warm up- today I did the obstacle course and the chicken one, then I love the aerobics and boxing! Today I did the basic running too, it wasn't bad at all as it lets you set the pace. After that I did the hula hoops and that was 39 minutes of fun. :banana: I like setting the routines up in there. Hope that helps.

Thanks, Buffy!! You, though, were really rocking on the 1st & 2nd and I didn't do anything!!! So, you inspired me! :thumbsup2
 
Finally got to the gym today. I walk alot at work, so I'm not sure what kind of time to put down for that. I'm going with 30 minutes per day (out of a 7 hour day)

So I'm 90/1000 as of 1/4/10:cool1:

My goal will be 1800 min again this month.

Hopefully I will do better than I have the past few days. I am not used to cold weather here in FL. OK, I know what we have here is not at all cold compared to what a lot of you are dealing with, but for us here in FL, it's cold! I need to adapt myself to both the cold weather and the post holiday distractions and get myself moving!

So far I am at 130/1800 min for Jan. Guess that's a start. Got to start somewhere.
