Wow! It is SO GOOD to 'see' all of you here! My computer is still having issues.....much like my life(see my WISH journal if interested)....but I MUST and WILL do this! FOR ME!!!!!!!!!

Would like to join in. Having a tough time getting back into the exercise routine after 6 weeks off (for DCL and the holidays). Was browsing and thought this may help me. I am going to start off with 500. did 40 yesterday. None today so far...Good Luck to all
 
just did my first P90X workout with Dh. Whipped my butt. but add 60 min to me so 125/500.
 
Going for 300 min this month. Not much, but I am ready to start over and hoping that the Wii fit will help.
 
245/1000 from 45 minutes of Yoga yesterday
 
1/5 115 minutes (35 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes Treadclimber, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes nautilus)

1/6 50 minutes (treadmill, 20 minute running intervals, 30 minutes incline intervals)

That bring me to 360/1375...........P
 
I am slow joining this month, but please put me down for 500 minutes.

I haven't started yet this month (and it is the 6th!) so it might be hard to get there, but I can do it!
