What are the units..????

From the December post it looks like it is minutes.

I will also join in on this, will probably post my minutes each week, is that ok?

I am going to start low this month -- although we will be at Disneyland for 6 days so does that count -- for the actual walking part? I won't count that but good exercise none the less.

I am going to say 510. That is only 8.5 hours but with the vacation I don't know if I will get more than that in.

What other things do you count toward you minutes?

I'll join in! I need to jump start my exercise program and weight loss. I'll try for 900 minutes.
 
Well, I'll start (back) slowly. Please put me down for 700, too.
 
We'll be on vacation at WDW for a week so I'm only putting down for 600 minutes. Thanks for running this challenge again.
 
I just updated the list. I'll try to keep up a couple of times a week! January looks fairly calm so far, but my DNiece & her DH from FL will be visiting to go snowmobiling. I'm sad they're not bringing their 3 yo & 7 mo old, but oh well....

I'm also posting a Yearly log thread. Personally, I'm going to track my minutes and also my crunches! Time to work on the midlife spread!
