I am off to take DS to preschool. While he's there, I've decided I am going to walk until it's time to pick him back up. I have a PT appointment first and then I'll walk.
I have a WW points book and points calculator that my SIL gave me. I will start that, too. As for what I have been doing for exercise, there is a great gym that I belong to that is for women only. They have classes like RPM (aka spinning), BodyPump, Body Attack, as well as a ton of other things. I can't always get there because my son really dislikes their child care.
I am determined.
I'll check in later with you all!
You go girl! I'm going to enjoy my last lazy-behind day!

Our church, The Christian and Missionary Alliance, has workers all over the world. I spent time in Gabon and Mali, West Africa as well as Croatia working at a refugee haven while in college. Those trips all confirmed that I was called to live and work overseas. So, we went through many years of training, including ordination for Scot and consecration for me (similar to ordination but I do not carry the title Rev.) We both finished seminary, then we had to work in a US church for 2-5 years. We stayed for 3 before coming here. Scot was also the coordinating Chaplain of all religious services in a maximum security state prison in PA. That was interesting!
So much for going to Italy someday!
Usually I stay with friends or I'm volunteering my time in different ways. But each trip makes me want to travel more! I've been to France, England, Gabon, Mali, Cameroon, Croatia, Jordan, Switzerland, Canada...got that travel bug!
But I'm trying to make some friends!
