QOTD..I really don't like Nemo the musical at Animal Kingdom. I found it to be very boring.

Wow, I thought everyone loved Nemo. Have your DDs seen it? Did they like it?

I'm feeling pretty good right now, actually! I just picked up McDonald's for breakfast...love me some Egg McMuffin! Then I'm going to work on our countdown calendar (even though it's not a calendar), and I'm excited about that. Last but not least, I'm ordering some new eyeliner in a few minutes. It's always fun to get something new, and this one comes with a new brush that looks promising (yes, I put eyeliner on with a brush). QUOTE]

Hi AussieAngel! I my Unofficial Guide too! I had the 2007 and 2008 from the library, but bought the 2009 edition.

Did you use their touring plans last time?

We didn't use their touring plans when we went in 2006, nope.

Only because there were no lines anywhere! And the Fastpass machines weren't even in use! So there really wasn't much point. Which was a good thing!

That's what I was thinking but Shelly is probably right that they won't be out until the end of the month.

I got them on October 30th last year. But maybe they will come out earlier this year!!

I'm hoping for a room discount, free ticket upgrades, and FREE dining!! That's not asking for much, is it???

Thanks for sharing that report, Shelly. I'm so disappointed to read that January is getting more and more crowded. We picked January to avoid teh crowds. Oh, well.

I'll try not to let it worry me. We're going to Disney! It doesn't matter what the crowds are like...we'll have a BLAST!

Yeah, I'm not too worried about it either. Even if January is starting to be more crowded than in the past, it still can't be as bad as other times of the year!

Really??? I thought everyone loved that show. We've never seen it. I know, shocking. You'd think we've never been to WDW with all the things that we still have not seen! I think it is only shown a few times a day and it just has not fit our schedule yet. And the kids and DH aren't really interested anyway.

Thanks for the welcome! Yes we went in August and I have been really bad about doing trip reports...I always start off strong then fizzle..but right before the next trip I finish it off as to not leave it open ended with another to report on. lol

I have been trying really hard not to look at the days ticking by (hard when a co manager of mine is also going the SAME day I am and has a big calendar of it) and when i do look I can't believe howfast time is flying!

Yes, the time is really going by fast for me! I knew when my boys soccer season started in September that the next few months would fly by, and they have. Only 2 more soccer games, then Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then JANUARY!!

Good morning Snowbirds!!! Peach3s, I can't imagine how ready you are to come home!!! I would love to be at the airport when you get here!!! That would be so fun--all of us out there with big 'ole signs: Welcome Home!! Maybe one of the snowbirds can do it for the rest of us!!!

I can't remember from when I booked for last Jan when it was!!! Maybe they will just be nice and do it after tomorrow, I mean the month will be half over.

I hope we get a really good code!!! I would like to use the savings for airfare. I would love to fly out of our local airport instead of driving to houston. That's always the most nerve-wracking part!! It'll cost me (at this point--if prices stay about the same) about $750 more to fly from here than Houston!!! We get 'free' airfare from our rewards points--so the flight from here to Houston would be out of pocket. + the parking in Houston is so expensive. Local is free!!! I would much rather drive 45 minutes to the airport than an hour and a half. And of course the Houston traffic makes it seem sooooo much longer!!!But hey--if we just do Houston that's fine too--just wondering how I am gonna put to use all that $$$$ from the FABULOUS code we are getting!!! It should be great since we are all so patient!!

What is the ONE attraction that you don't like?

It's a hard one for me because I love them all, but I would have to say Astro Orbiter. It just seems like one of those rides you could do anywhere

Umm the one I don't like this is kind of hard, but I'm not a big fan of Sounds Dangerous show...its just not my cup of tea.

In happier news, I bought the Unofficial Guide 2009, tonight! Yayyyyy! I already had the 2006 guide, but a lot has changed since then!!!

(And also, I just really wanted it. Hehee.)

I have my Unofficial Guide too!! I have read all the way to the Fronteirland...sometimes I have to take a break to digest all that information.

I also pre-ordered my Deluxe Passporter (had a 40% off deal) and its supposed to come out today we'll see!!!

I have a question (surprise surprise I know) How do free ticket upgrades work? I already purchased my tickets (with Hopper) would I be qualified for the ticket upgrade? I really just want a great Florida resident rate....crossing fingers we find out soon!!!
