Just picked up my doc's today..We were upgraded from a Cat 12 to a Cat 9!!!!! NOW I HAVE A WINDOW!!!!! I'm so excited!!!

Enduke, so sorry about your mixup with the AAA person. We had a problem on a previous cruise we booked with AAA and contacted the regional office and were sent a "goodie bag" (tote with disposable cameras, photo albums, travel alarm clock, etc., and a 100 dollar check). Our problem was related to not getting our onboard credit until we were already back home from the cruise. Hope that you have gotten some satisfaction.

Anthonyshine, congrats on the upgrade.

Still havent quite gotten motivated about packing yet. We leave next Thursday and my dds are getting more excited by the minute.

Just wanted to let you know that our party of eight has just switched from main seating to late ( the way we wanted it) so if any of you is on the waitlist for early you may be able to be moved up.

It won't be much longer!

PS- I'm jealous of all of these upgrades!! Still in our same old room- good thing that we booked a verandah!

Not a problem with updating the list. I am so busy here. Time is moving so fast, and I have 20 children and at least 20 adults coming to my house on Sunday for my daughter's 9th birthday.

You will not be alone in that pool or jacuzzi's. My husband and I will be there too while the kids enjoy the clubs!

I am traveling with my parents who will be off doing their thing and my son (who is almost 16) will be off on his own(I am sure).
I thought I was going to be the only one single and did not want to intrude on any ones family time so I was planing to bring LOTS of books

I have to say a huge THANKS to all of you for all of your posts about my AAA TA.
The manager there called and said our docs were in.
(Last time I went in person I told her I did not wan to deal with the TA used!)
I went there with all your support in mind. unfortunatally I got nowhere.
In fact the manager said she made a mistake and only gave us each a free year to AAA and 2 gift cert for $25 each to the store in her place.
WOW a whole $140 worth for all the the greif.

the manager was at the front counter as not wanting me in the back LOL
well as she started to tell me that the gift cert was all she could do and hoe it was MORE THAN FAIR the front office had gotten a few people in it. The manager had the nerve to say to me.... "I can't talk about this now".
I laughed and said to her in a louder voice "I can! Come on I think this is the perfect place and time to discuss how we are being treated here."
She started to shake and made sure she helped the other people before she gave me my docs as to get them out of there.
It went on but I don't want to bore you all.
she did give me her managers # and had the gall to say to me I will give him a call and give him the heads up you are going to call him.
I turned looked at her and said "no you mean warn him I am calling !"
then I said to her "don't worry I am not calling him today I know when and how to handle things unlike your office and I know that now is not the time for me to call!"

I have to call him today

but the good news is we got our Docs!
we are landing in Orlando on Friday and staying at the hotel in the airport.

Anthonyshine- my hubby and I will also be in the pool with you guys while DD is in the kids club, getting chased by Captain Hook. (She hopes)
Glad we are in the single digits. It took forever to get to these and we've only been waiting since June. I imagine some of you guys have been booked longer than that!
MCazer- good luck with your party! I had DD's 4th birthday party last week. We had 10 (very hyper) 3 and 4 year olds and 17 adults. Our party went off without a hitch and we had live animals! I'm sure your party will be great, too. But I'll send you some extra pixie dust because parties can be very stressful to the host!
I probably won't be posting again this week. My grandmother died yesterday so we are headed to Memphis for her funeral on Monday. But I can't wait to meet everyone on Saturday, at least we have something positive to look forward to!
