Good Morning everyone!!! Thanks for stopping by.

I didn't get to journals yesterday, I read parts but didn't have time to post, I will get to that today.

Yesterday was a fairly busy, but good day. My work ordered lunch for us, it was chinese. They do that at least once a month right around close because they know that we don't have time to get to the restroom let alone go eat lunch! Kinda nice that they do that. I behaved pretty good I thought! We had donuts yesterday morning and I will admit that I grabbed one, but didn't eat it. I took it home to DH!!! I think more than anything I just wanted to smell it and it would not have been right to open the box, smell them and then leave! So I took one. DH was very happy last night when he got home! He loves donuts!!!

Wednesday:
B @ 5:15 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup milk
S skipped - was not hungry
L @ 12:15 marinated chicken with brown rice- the rice had peas and carrots in it, I had to pick out the peas. YUK!
S skipped again, not hungry
D @ 6:00 1 corn dog
Water was okay, only got in 72 oz, but that is better than nothing. Workout was okay, I really wanted to get on the elliptical, but that didn't happen. I did 25 minutes of cardio with Bob (Biggest Loser) and 20 minutes of fast walking.

Way to go not eating the donut! That is some serious willpower. I am anxious to start reading your trip report. How did you like the dining plan? We are going soon and doing the DDP for the first time. I have visions of gaining 10 pounds that week! You sound super busy which makes your dedication that much more admirable. Keep it up!
 
Good Morning...

It's Friday....finally!!! I have waited for this day all week long!!!! It's been a pretty busy week for us.

Yesterday was a good day as well. I don't know what is going on but I have been craving a chocolate chip cookie, so I decided what the heck....I had one. I don't know what the issue was, it was not all that good. But I satisfied my craving and now I am okay! Water and exercise were good yesterday too!

Started my trip report, I must say it is fun to go back and re-read what we did while we were in WDW. I was really suffering from the WDW blues, but doing the trip report makes it so much easier! I don't know why I miss that place so much, but man this year it is tough. We have been back a little over a month and it's still tough....

Thursday:
B @ 5:30 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup milk
S @ 8:30 1 cup yogurt
L @ 11:30 turkey and cheese sandwich with 1/2 serving of goldfish with mustard, one small chocolate chip cookie!
S @ 3:00 1 Quacker breakfast cookie
D @ 6:30 2 corn tacos with ff cheese
Water was good, almost made it, 96oz. Worked out 25 minutes with Bob and 20 minutes of fast walking.

I really like the Biggest loser workout DVD. It has 4 different workouts on it and you are suppose to alternate two of them for 6 weeks. So I am doing weight training for 3 days a week and then cardio the other three days a week. They tell you to alternate the workouts so one day you do cardio and the next you do weights. It's pretty cool. I just need to find time to get back on the elliptical. I just can't seem to get my rear up in the morning and by the time I am done with Bob at night, it's time to cook dinner or go to bed. So I really need to try and work that in to my schedule. We will see

Amy - WE loved the dining plan...although if my inlaws hadn't gone with us, I don't think we would have used it as much. DH and I are pretty picky and some of the places that we ate this year and last was because the inlaws were with us. What we loved was the dessert. I could just skip dinner/lunch and have dessert! But then I guess that is why I am overweight huh!!!! Honestly, eating the way we did both years, and did we eat. We had ice cream every day sometimes more than once, I only gained 5 pounds this year and 3 last year. The 5 from this year is gone already...so that is a plus. I think what helps is that we were constantly walking. I really think you'll like the dining plan.

Can i ask - ADR's do you need to take anything with you to the restaurant I have reservation numbers given over the phone when i booked mine, do i need to take them with me to the restaurant??
 
Catching up with your report. Sounds like you're doing well with eating/exercise and had a great trip!!!! I'm enjoying your report. We loved Turtle Talk too! All that walking helps combat that wonderful dining plan. Have a great weekend!!

Jamie, it sounds like you are doing really well. Where do you find the Biggest Loser workout DVD's? Good for you eating the cookie at the beginning of your craving. That way you only had one instead of waiting and then eating a whole box! I am glad you liked the DDP, I still am not sure, it seems like so much food. I have already decided we will not be ordering four appetizers and four desserts. Just too much food, especially since my kids are 10 and 12, hardly adults that need those big portions! But it will be fun to eat that much, its not like thats something I can't suffer through! I hope you have had a great weekend and that next week is a successful one. Don't worry about the eliptical, you are doing so good with the BL workout and there are only so many hours in the day!

Good job on the eating! I know it's hard to get back on plan when returning from vacation (especially from WDW!!!) but you are doing great!

Hello everyone....Thanks for stopping by. I meant to get to journals yesterday, but I didn't make it. I loged on, but that was as fas as I got. Sorry for that.

This weekend was good....food wise and workout wise. I didn't bring my weekend journal with me, so I am going to skip journaling here what I ate on the weekend. I just don't remember. I know that is bad, but what do ya do! I keep a food journal here and work and then one at home so I have no excuse to not write things down! I did work out for 25 minutes on Saturday and Sunday with Bob again!

Monday:
B @ 5:30 2 waffles with little butter and ff syrup
S @ 8:30 1 Quaker breakfast cookie
L @ 11:30 turkey and cheese sandwich
S @ 2:30 1 granola bar
D @ 6:15 1 corn dog
Water was good, 80 oz. Didn't make the 100oz but that is okay. I did work out yesterday, did 25 minutes with Bob and 25 minutes of fast walking.

So far today is going well, I have a headach that I just can't get rid of. Don't know what is going on. I just hope that it goes away soon. I just can't function right!

Tracey -for our reservations at WDW we just showed up, I too was given confirmations when I called, but I didn't take them with me or anything. We just showed up and I gave them our name and we were seated. I don't think you need anything.
Amy - I found the Biggest Loser DVD at Circuit City for $10.00. I was surprised. But I would not give it up for anything. I love it!!! It really works you...let me tell you!!!! Not to mention, you get to stare at sexy Bob for 30-45 minute!!!! LOL

Hi, Jamie! I hope your headache is better. I find that this time of year brings me so many more headaches with temperature changes and changes in the barometric pressure. Of course, you have lots of pressure at work, too, so I am sure that doesn't help.

Hi Jamie, you are doing very well with food and exercise, good for you. I need to find the Biggest Loser DVD, whats his face is pretty cute! Hppe the headache went away. Can you believe this stupid weather? That may be the cause of your headache, it can do that to me sometimes.
 
Hi Jaime! Add me to the club looking for the BL DVD. You should get a commission :rotfl2: :thumbsup2 . Tell me, does it have a lot of different foot/hand movement stuff? I am sooo uncoordinated and would literally trip over my own feet when I have tried to do most aerobic videos! :blush:

I need to find something that I can do when the weather is not nice.

I hope your headache goes away quickly for you. I've been having nasty headaches off and on for the last week. They're so debilitating!
