Hello everyone!!! I logged on yesterday and the day before and well that is as far as I got. Sorry for not updating my journal and getting to everyone elses. Thanks for stopping by.....totally appreicated!
So these last few days have been good. I didn't work out on the 17th because of my headache. OMG it was bad. I woke up with that same headach on the 18th and it didn't go away until after dinner. So I didn't work out on the 18th either. Well I guess I did work out, I did 40 minutes of fast walking each day, but no BL workout. I was a little bummed about that! BUt that is okay...I did it yesterday and I am back on track!
As far as the BL DVD, let me tell you, Bob knows how to work you!!!! There are four different work outs, low cardio, strength and training, high cardio and then boot camp. They say that you sould do this for six weeks, alernating work outs 1 (low cardio) and 3 (strength and training) the first week. Then week 2, alternate workouts 2 (high cardio) and 4 (boot camp) WHew!!!! I thought workout 1 was tough, I had something coming to me when it came to work out 2! I made it through it and it was great!!! Bob is so funny and then he has some of the cast from season one and two to help you out. The boot camp, wow is all I can say!!! He keeps you moving. I really like this DVD because it's real people and not some fake skinny person telling you, you can do this, it's not hard. You are struggling and so are the people on the DVD. It's just a much better DVD then anything that I have done before. As far as the hand and foot movement, I would say yea there is some. I had a hard time at first because I have two left feet, but as Bob says if you get confused or need to stop go back to the starting position. I would recommend this DVD to anyone
Wednesday:
B @ 5:15 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup milk
S @ 8:30 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese with 1 pickle
L @ 11:30 reduced fat peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread with whole grain goldfish
S @ 2:45 1 granola bar
D @ 6:00 grilled cheese on wheat with soup
Water was good, 96 oz...almost there, just a few short! I still had my headache, so I didn't work out with Bob. Just did 40 minutes fast walking instead.
Thursday:
B @ 5:30 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup milk
S @ 8:45 1 cup yogurt
L @ 12:15 HC chicken alfredo with corn
S @ 2:30 quaker breakfast cookie
D @ 6:00 sausage and scrambled eggs
Water again was good, but I didn't make 100, I was short again - 96oz
Exercise was 40 minutes fast walking. I was late getting home from work and then had to cook dinner. Then of course I could not miss Survivor or Dallas Swat!
