O_t_a: We may see you there! Are you flying Continental? (My parents leave by Clev.) We're leaving from Detroit at 7 (blech) AM. We'll look for you on the DME bus! I was leaning towards picking up our bags, but now I am waffling back to letting DME take care of them... so many questions... so little time left for planning...

We're doing MNSSHP on the 10th. I wish we were staying 1 more day until the 13th cuz 1) I'd love to do MNSSHP twice and 2) we're missing the Nemo AP preview at Epcot by 1 day! If only it didn't cost so much to change the plane tix! The rain has been pushing back each day I check (go Weather Channel!), so that is promising.

I got distracted by the single-day-dance, and I realized I didn't get my questions answered:
1) Are there DVD, VHS, or CD players in the rooms? (e.g. non-deluxe Savannah)
2) Is there a walking/jogging trail at/near AKL?
Anyone know?

I cant recall anything about walking trails but there is a fitness room with exercise bikes and stuff. Thats where i got my massage

can't help you, haven't stayed at AKL yet - 11 more days! Good luck with the upgrade, unless you are also leaving in 11 days - then I want it! LOL!

1 what is the statistical probability of getting upgraded from delux savanah veiw to conceirge? i so want conceirge for this trip but cant afford it. hope for pixie dust for it.
2. can adults do cookie decorating or arts and crafts or other kid activities or would it just look to wierd?
thats all for now when it gets closer i will probably have more questions. i will be back.

I really think the chances are slim to none for a comp upgrade to concierge.

Cookie decorating is just for the kids,the adults stand around and watch them, or sit and relax at another table.

I have heard of adults making the crafts though, like painting the ostrich eggs etc..

Yay! We're taking ME for the first time... flight lands at 9:30, so I don't know exactly how long it will take to get to AKL.

We took ME to AKL for the first time last week and it took almost an hour to get the resort. The ME check-in line was long but very fast moving, and we boarded the bus less than 10 minutes later. We then dropped off (a LOT) of people at Pop and some at CSR before reaching AKL (55 minutes from boarding the bus to getting off at AKL).

The return trip to the airport took even longer due to some problem at Pop (not sure, but there were some CRABBY people who boarded the bus) even though Pop was our only stop (not CSR). The return trip took 1 hour 15 minutes.

Just got my ME things in the mail. I think I am gonna get my bags myself though. How did this workout for those of you that took your bags on the bus with you. Did the driver get mad for you doing this. I just dont want to be without the babies things. Diapers, wipes, bottles. I cant possibly pack enough stuff in the carry on to put my mind at ease.

In 13 hours, I'll be on the plane to Orlando. WOOO HOO!!!

Mickey and AKL here I come! But first I have to finish laundry, finish packing, pick up the house and fit a high school football game in, too! (Why is a woman's work never done??? )
Gotta check my FairyGodmailer list one more time while I can. It's grown to 25 kids now!
