HELLO EVERYONE
I'm so over excited today , so i just had to come on this thread to say "HHHEEELLLPP" I'm going to burst soon. How does everyone cope with the wait and cope with the excitement? I have been to WDW 5 times before and each time I'm more excited (i thought id get less excited as i got older). I cant wait to get to AKL and smell it I remember the feeling i got when i returned there last year - its like a peaceful feeling of home. I cant wait to find out where our rooms are (hopefully above the lobby) and to eat at Boma and to look in the shop again.

Thank you for the congrats. We are coming in feb, and we are going to do dinner at least, but I am pretty darn sure we are doing breakfast also. I have not done adr's yet I am a few days out from being able to start, and I am waiting to jump jump on it. We arrive at MCO at 6:37 am and I heard the ME takes 1 hour from there to our hotel. If by the graces of heaven I can check in I am going to. We have yet to decide whether or not to have breakfast at bome when we get there, or just go straight to the park and have dinner at bome that evening. oh the choices.

You can definitely check in, if your room is not ready then bell services will hold your luggage until it is ready. You can eat breakfast, then go to the parks or whatever you'd like to do. Also, make sure on your reservation you have it noted it is your honeymoon!!! I'd make ADR's just as soon as you can, to ensure you get the place & times you want. Feb. is an EXCELLENT time to go, we always go in Jan./Feb. (we are going in Sept. for the free dining). We are also going back in Feb. 07!!!!!! You'll really enjoy the low crowds. If you have any more ?'s ask away!!!

Just checking in, gearing up to plan a trip for next year, and thought I'd better get back "on board" as it were, and check things out, see what I've been missing. Kim, did I read on on of the threads that you are heading back to AKL soon?

Less than 30 days and I am very excited!

Funny, how things work out! I was nervous about getting bunkbeds for my sister's twins and and she says they are not enthralled with them at all. In fact they argue over who is sleeping on the bottom not the top like every other kid I know! They just had them while on vacation in California. They have a rough life Disneyland with Mom and Dad in July and WDW with Aunt Lori and Mom in August. Anyway now I don't have to obsess about what layout of room we are going to get, just that we have a Savannah view for them.

If anyone wants me to check anything out while I am there, please let me know!

I could eat a zebra dome right now or Boma breakfast. Can anymore remind me of the full selection for breakfast? They dont have a rotation like dinner do they? I remember the breakfast potatoes, ham, breakfast pizza, omelets, muffins, cookies... please remind me of what else.

Hey, having another rainy day here.......... but, I'm in the 40's now, so I'm happy!!!!

I would call them and tell them that even though you booked a pool view, you'd like to have it noted that you'd like a savanna view if possible. It can't hurt. I would think if you don't let them know, they'll assume since you booked pool view, that you want a pool view and give you that. Good Luck

Now that I have read, and re-read, the rest of my report, I admit to some trepidation in making this announcement. I'm pretty sure that I've managed to find something that I've commented on that will ruffle at least one feather of each reader. Not that I consider this a popularity contest, but that disturbs me. Ah well, truth and reality are more important than political correctness and "how we wish it was".

Did you get a good deal for AKL Kim? I'm saving up because we want to be able to get 2 rooms next time, which doubles the cost! YIKES So I'm going to be looking for some serious discounts. My baby DS graduates from high school next May, and guess what he wants for graduation? A car? No! Another guitar? No! (Well, he wouldn't mind, he hehe), NO........my son wants to go back to AKL and WL for his gift! What a kid, eh? So of course, we gotta give him what he wants, right? You know it sister!
