LOVE the dress!! You look like a princess!
Thank you! I -feel- like a princess! It's just so pretty.
Haha even more a like. I've only bought 2 designer purses... And 1 at the for market in Jacksonville, FL.. I'm pretty sure it's a fake!!
I think I'll just decide about the slip at the last minute.. Like that morning. Lol
Good luck with your floral land all of that. I know you'll def be under budget!!
haha! Actually, I lied. I found a coach purse at TJ Maxx once for $40 (eeek!) and I -did- get a real one for my 21st birthday. So I guess I have 4, but the TJ Maxx one doesn't count and it's tiny and useless.
Do you have a slip already?! Just wondering
I love the dress!!!
This year, for a period of time around the Princess Half Marathon, Disney had a sale on a few of the Dooney and Bourke bags, but I don't think it was all of them. I think if you really want one of those, you have to get it when you see the right pattern in the right bag. But, if there's anyone out there who feels the bag is out of their price range, you may want to wait until the PHM and if they have another sale. It was in store and on line last year. I bought my daughter a small bag after the PHM discount ended, and she just loves it.
I'm looking forward to seeing more photos of your trip.
I wish I had more pictures of my trip, Susan! And I did at least get the AP discount on the 40th anniv bag--- I don't think they're really discounted yet because they're new and REALLY popular. Every little bit helps though!
I just caught up!! I looks like a great mini-trip you guys had!! Your wedding food looks AMAZING! And those ice cream sandwiches you had for dinner one night....I am adding that to my list of "Things I Must Eat" on my next trip!! YUM!
Your dress is amazing by the way! Perfect for a Disney Wedding!
My wedding food was SO good, Christen, OMG! And the ice cream sandwiches... delish! They're better for dinner than a snack though; I don't think I could have eaten them if I hadn't eaten in 8 hours!
And thank you for the dress compliment!
Jackie, I just read your entire TR, and let me just say that it made me so happy!!!

You made me giggle several times, hahaha.
I also want to say that I am sorry that your family doesn't seem to be very supportive.

You are such a sweet person and you don't deserve that!
Oh, and that dress!!! It's BEAUTIFUL, and you look so pretty in it!!!
I am so glad I made you giggle! I have a rather dry sense of humor... could you tell? My family has never been overly supportive... but I'm used to it.

(I hope that doesn't sound pity-party! I just am!) And thank you for calling me sweet... Chris would disagree!!!
And again, thank you for the dress compliment!
Whew! finished!
I did see that you emailed a compplaint about the dress shop. Disregard last post LOL. Glad to see everything is moving along smoothly. your dress is still as beautiful as ever.
I got my Floral BOE about an hour ago(!) and it came to $4K, and we have a decent amount of flowers. Yours should be waaaay cheaper.
As you saw on my PJ we're serving the French Cut Tanglewood Farms Chicken with Blackberry Demi. Everyone LOVED it, but I had always wondered about the Parmesean Crusted Chicken. Now I'm kinda wishing we had tried that. Oh well. I'll live vicariously through you!
But we both have the Beer Cheddar Soup!!!!! My god I dream about that stuff. I can't wait to have more!
haha--- yes, I DID contact AA, but I never heard from them. That actually really ticks me off; I gave their company about $2,000. My girls also had a rough time with them, AND, not to mention, I was sent the incorrect wedding dress! Worst day EVER! Oh well. NEVER again!
Oohh, I LOVE Tanglewood Farms chicken! That actually sounds really good too... Chris wouldn't like the demi, but that sounds reallllly good. Too bad we can't just attend each other's weddings!

And I want some soup now SO badly!!!
I love your dress!! So sorry you are dealing with all that drama! There must be something in the air lately ... too much drama all around!! Sending you some good vibes and happy thoughts!
Thank you, Nichole! There is so much drama going around these here disboards (said in a creepy voice... what is into me today?) Thank GOODNESS we all have each other!

I know I promised the BEO right away, but I figured you guys needed a little Jackie Break. But, here it is!
There have already been a few changes made to this budget; namely, the $75 charge at the top was taken off (that was for the rehearsal, but we're not doing a rehearsal); and we also added 3 more bottles of cider and a town car for Chris and me to get to the DP at the GF.
However, I am SUPER stoked about this budget! Even though our wedding cake isn't on it yet (just the groom's cake), and no floral yet, we have roughly $1800 to play with before we reach our $10,000 pre-tax minimum. (And the Epcot photoshoot doesn't count towards our minimum.)
All of these food numbers are also based on 30 people, and we will most likely be having 25 guests, including ourselves, so that number could go down a bit.
All in all, it looks like we should be under budget. My dad gave me a budget of $12,000, and Chris's mom agreed to pay for the DP, which we told her would be $2,000, give or take a few hundred, and she was fine with that number. I am SO happy I get to keep our DP music AND photography! So, in other words, in my mind, I've been operating with a $15k budget, and we should be coming way under that--- which is great!!
I know some people don't like to discuss budgets, but I hope this really helps out a smaller Wishes wedding like us! (Or, really, anyone who is nosy and likes to see where money is being spent.)
As always, thanks for reading, lovelies!
