I'm curious - how tightly did you and the "canceller" time their cancellation and your making the new PS? I'll by trying this with someone later in the week.

we did three way calling, so as she cancelled, the same cast member grabbed it for me. It's not a guarantee when you do this either because there are one hundred other operators, but it's pretty safe. But it's the safest way to do it. It worked for me...... good luck

Your "doing a three-way phone call" trick worked for us too. We got a very helpful cast member on the 407-WDW-DINE line, who found us a very helpful person at Disney Dining.
