It is gorgeous here in the fall. I look forward to that aspect of fall, but my teaching schedule this year is pretty brutal. It will probably impact my DIS time!

Afternoon J's & K's - hope everyone is good. I'm here, so, we survived the storm!! Got some water in the back of the house, flooded my closet - had to tear out all the carpet/padding, it smelled SO bad........... OMG - our fence blew down and we had some limbs, etc... but, that's it - thank goodness. We had no power for 37 hours - but our generator did a great job. I sincerely hate these storms!! Hope anyone getting the effects from it now stay safe!

Hope everyone has a great weekend - we have lots of cleanup outside, and once the closet area is dried out (fans running as we speak) I'll replace the carpet in there. New fence comes later!! BUT, the BEST news of all is -
Today is GAMEDAY - and we have POWER - so, it's ON BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fall in the MD, DC, NoVA area is very beautiful.

I am ready for Summer to be over, but Fall in SoCal is not much better than summer. Often times it's even hotter, and more wildfires. Winter is the best time of year here.

Maybe it doesn't count if it didn't involve Kim

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I am in the double digits of going home .

I have no idea about disney days I beleve that is in the low 100s. Just looked it up and it's at 124. I should know here in about 18 or so more days if I need to change my Disney plans again. I do not think I will have to. But, it's the Army who knows.

I also contacted concierge because I wanted a be our guest slot. Hopefully they can get me one. I may just change my schedule around if I get one.

Just have time for a quick post -- I'm getting ready to head out of town again. I hope I'll have time to check in with y'all from time to time, but I won't be home again until 9/15 or 16.

I believe I promised Kimmar a Zebra Dome so here it is!!!!

The WDW trip was great -- very hot and humid so I spent more hours indoors than I normally would. Still, I managed to rack up 5 to 6 miles daily so I feel like I got some exercise in!

This trip was BCV and Dolphin. (next month, part of our F&WF stay will be at AKV! )

YC/BC/BCV has the new door locks. No more inserting the KTTW, just wave it slowly past the Mickey icon! I don't know if AKL/AKV has them yet -- if not, they will very soon, I'm sure!
