I'm sure PIO is trying to do one thing. Stay dry.

Driest place was in the movie theatre. Went to see an Aussie film - Red Dog. If any of you have the chance to download or see it, I'd recommend it.

Not raining here at the moment. Might later. They say it will be a wet weekend probably in Sydney too. It did rain yesterday.

They did have serious electrical storms.
The airport in Melbourne was chaos this morning with flights delayed and cancelled...then workers already planned to be on strike still doing it...

Sleeeeeeeepy....

Close on 50 mm of rain in about 5 hours got dumped on us. Serious rain. And what a lightning show it was yesterday around 4 pm. Fantastic!

Pity about the airport...but then I'm not flying anywhere...so...pity!

My dad got home from class and I asked him what he thought of Mike. He seems to like him, so... yay

I'm kinda with you on the whole airport thing...
But I'm worried about karma...

Although after the hell I went through at O'hare....hmmmm...

Just want to go home and sleep but have agreed to have dinner with friends as I haven't seen them in weeks.

I need to do work.....ugh....but seriously we are all really demotivated at the moment.

Airport Karma? I've already had my share of it.....

• Multiple flights delayed by ages, once overnight and no hotel voucher handed out
• One flight cancelled
• Stuck on tarmac for over 3 hours in Tampa on a direct flight between LA and Miami
• Stuck on tarmac for nearly 3 hours in Sydney waiting for storm to pass
• In a plane hit by lightning
• Nearly missing flights

I haven't had it quite as bad...but...
I've had the 5 hour wait for luggage
The medical emergency that gave us a free aerial tour of the las Vegas strip...
Then just various delays and re timetabling etc...
