Yup Tonight was dinner with my parents, and my mom likes him. Not sure about my dad yet, since he had to leave to go to school (he takes night classes at a local community college).

Not raining here at the moment. Might later. They say it will be a wet weekend probably in Sydney too. It did rain yesterday.

They did have serious electrical storms.
The airport in Melbourne was chaos this morning with flights delayed and cancelled...then workers already planned to be on strike still doing it...

Lunch was pot noodle. Instant noodles aren't the healthiest things but it's one of those things you crave at times. This is a UK brand made in the UK. So you can only get it at a couple stores who import things for ex pats etc and those of us who like UK things. It's like there are candy stores here who sell US candy like Hershey's
All overpriced...but what can you do
