It's a Stroller Sir, not a Battering Ram!!! NEW PTR LINK POSTED

Which is pretty sad, isn't it?

Very sad!

Did she look like she was oblivious? Or just mean?

As a matter of fact both...at the beginning she kept pushing her son and telling him not to look at anyone then when another younger man said something to her she completely ignored him and then said something not very nice to him. That's when I jumped in.....:rolleyes1

:scared1: I hope they got a nice lifetime ban to go with that!

We can only wish!
Note to self: Be very, very nice to Queen.

LOL...I'm easy to get along with what are you talking about:rotfl2:

Oh, it's not so hard... here let me help.

1st is Mickey
2nd is Minnie
3rd is Darth Vader
4th is Donald Duck...
... and so on. See? Nothing to it!

(okay, I don't a lot of the rest either. But I did recognize the guy who owns the Mall!)

You're so smart...should have consulted with you before I wrote to post! Say hi to your ladies from us and we hope you guys have a great weekend.

So glad you will get to see Disney in all it's holiday glamour. The castle is just breathtaking all lit up.

Thank you and I cannot wait to see it! I'm sure like most things, the pictures don't do it justice!

I'm so glad you are getting a Christmas trip, Queen! I really want to convince my family to go then--I just don't think they understand how wonderful the decorations would be!!

That brought tears to my eyes to hear someone did that to that poor lady! It makes me mad, too, and I'm so glad you did something about it. Good job sticking up for her!:goodvibes

For a Christmas nut like me it's pure heaven! I do tend to go a little crazy with the Christmas themed merchandise...must save more money!

I would have wanted someone to do that if it was my mom! She was so sweet and kind and we really had a great time with them!

Whoa, parade drama! I'm glad you didn't have coke thrown on you, but I am so happy you said something to the parade viewing spot stealer.
Beautiful parade pictures!! I'm kind of a minor Star Wars fan, I would like to see SWs weekends sometime, and your pictures are just making me want to even more!

I honestly don't know what I would do if someone did that to me....I'd rather not think about it cause I don't think it would be pretty:lmao:

You guys would definitely enjoy it...one of these years I'm sure you'll get to take it in!

Some people can be so rude! J would have absolutely said something!!

They sure can sista!

Ahhhh I never really get the people that feel the need to bring all their nasty drama to Disney.
I mean it's one thing if people get ticked off at work or in traffic but come on... look around and calm the heck down!

Loving your parade pictures though!
So cool to see all the SW characters!

And YAY for your Christmas trip! Absolutely stunning at that time of year... I mean ever more so than usual ;)

Don't you just love people like that? The ones that just stand in front of people just because. Seriously... the world needs a kick in the behind or something like that to still have these people around. And throwing popcorn and coke? They should go join one of the casts of the Real Housewives or something, not be watching a Disney parade. Geez people!

Love all the pictures from the parade! And I would totally be the same way, naming all the wrong people and stuff like that. I'll see some Star Wars movies one day. One day! But either way, Minnie and Mickey are just as adorable in their little Princess Leia and Jedi outfits. (:

Can't wait to read about the rest of your day! :mickeyjum

You and I have the exact same way of thinking girl!!!:thumbsup2 I don't like drama at the best of time, but at Disney, I just can't tolerate it!

Thanks, it was sure a great day!

So excited for this Christmas trip! Couldn't agree more, there is something about the parks being transformed for Christmas that just makes it even more special!

It's hilarious that you say that....that's what Shanleigh and I said ... it's like watching of episode of Real Housewives!!

Aren't they cute! We had an absolute ball there....heat and all!!

Coming right up...well give me about an hour to write it:goodvibes

Good Sunday morning everyone! I am officially on vacation again so I thought there is no excuse to get an update done so here I am...laundry is in, supper is in the slow cooker and I have Christmas music playing....don't judge me, it's cold, miserable and I felt like listening to it:lmao:

I thought I would finish off our SWW day! See, originally this day was to be a pool morning, then lunch at Les Chefs due France at 245pm then stay at Epcot all evening. After our talk with the CM that this should be the day we attend SWW there would be no going back to the resort for a swim...
521.jpg

We decided we would take the boat to Epcot to catch our 245pm lunch! We had never been here for lunch, always for dinner, so we were both very excited! Oh lordy it was a hot one too but we headed out knowing shortly we would be inside in a lovely air conditioned room!
522.jpg

Shan cfarrying around our SWW merchandise! I don't know why we lost our minds that morning and forgot to send it to the room!
523.jpg

A shot across the way while we were waiting to get in!
525.jpg

I took this picture from our window seat! See Belle and Beast...the best part was when they walked by and stood there to wave to us while we ate...magical! I couldn't have wished for a better seat....our day just kept getting better and better!
526.jpg

Both Shan and I ordered the 3 courses....but the exact same thing. We started with the lobster bisque....oh.my.word....creamy goodness! At first I thought it would be way too much food, but Shanleigh reminded me we wouldn't be eating dinner....I love her:love:
527.jpg

I don't know if there is any better bread .... I could eat this whole loaf by myself...again don't judge me:lmao:
528.jpg

Neither of us had any clue this little chef would still be visiting at the time we had our ADR....another pleasant surprise!
529.jpg

Mad that I hadn't got him in the original shot....he was fantastic!
530.jpg

This is, hands down, one of my favourite pictures of the trip....she is laughing and having a great time and I really believe I captured it here!
531.jpg

Our main entree....croque monsieur....again, pure richness, could never eat the whole thing, but oh so good!
532.jpg

Sorry, let me just say I'm sorry. Once again, I was too busy getting caught up in all that is WDW and I forgot to take a picture of this before I devoured it.....:rolleyes1
533.jpg

We had a lovely young man look after us and he was all about enjoying the experience. He was in no way rushing us along, if anything, he was telling us to have another drink, relax, you're on vacation! Eventually we had to move along and this is what we saw!!!!
534.jpg

Turns out is was a fire that had actually shut down the interstate (oh dear, is that what it's called) anyhoo, the big highway!!! We decided as we were walking along that we were exhausted. The heat was so intense that we decided we would head for the buses.
535.jpg

Our favourite little fish and chips shop!
536.jpg

Off Kilter...can't be at Epcot and not stop by our homeland! Have a little song and dance much to my daughters embarrassment! You'd think she'd be used to me by now!
537.jpg

As you can see, the fire appears to be getting worse!
538.jpg

Changing the sand carving from Chimpazees to Brave!
539.jpg

A closer shot....I have so much respect for people who have artistic talent, remember the Tigger drawing from last trip, I have none!
540.jpg

Merida and her brothers!

We headed back and turned on the tv right away when we got in. As we were heading back we noticed it was getting closer and closer. We weren't in our room 5 minutes when my dad called to see if we were stuck in the traffic of it. I guess he had it on CNN so thought he should check in on us!

We spent the rest of the evening in our room and roaming around the resort! I didn't take the camera as we literally did it on a whim! It was an end to a great day!

Wow, I want to meet that guy doing the sand sculpting! Wow, wow, WOW! I'd just like to shake his hand and tell him he rocks.

I'm so loving the pictures of Shan with Remy in Les Chefs! I was wishing I got to meet him last year but no luck. That's such a cute little thing they do!!

Also... yikes, that fire looks bad! I hope no one was hurt!

Hey, no judgment here! But good for you having vacation. :goodvibes

Love Chefs de France!!! Yum yum yummy!

I hate those moments when I buy something in WDW and forget to have my purchases sent back to the room!

You and Shan are just like my Mom and I. That's so like us ordering the same three courses.

Aaaahhhhhh!!! Baguette. I'm in heaven. :cloud9:

I love that picture with Shan and Remy! It's just so cute.

Oooohhhhh, croque monsieur. I have eaten that plenty of times in Europe. Heavenly.

No, Shan will never be used to you doing funny / embarrassing things. 31 years and I still sometimes have moments with my Mom. :rotfl:

Girl, it's never too early for Christmas music! Especially if it's chilly outside. We were jammin' to some last night in the car on the way home.

Lunch at Chefs looks delicious! Especially that Lobster Bisque. YUMMO! I'm glad yall were able to see Remy. What a sweet surprise :goodvibes

I can totally relate on being SO hot. What is it about World Showcase that just makes it feel THAT much hotter?! I remember standing in line last June for Snow White and sweating buckets!

No judgement from me but just so you know, we're here for you if you need help. :lmao:

Great shots from Chefs. You got some really good pictures of Shanleigh enjoying herself.

Great update! That food looked yummy! This was the day we were leaving WDW because we drove right past the fire as we were leaving! I have some up close pics that I yelled at Keith to take while I was driving haha..Looked like a pretty bad forest fire. We were so sad to leave that day, I remember it being like a week after we got home and thinking that you guys were still at WDW! I can't wait to do longer trips in the future :)

Great update!! No judging here...I started watching Christmas movies last weekend!

Never been to Chef's but the food looks amazing! Great picture of Shanleigh!

Amazing sand sculpting...I have zero talent in the art area.

Looking forward to more!

Your lunch looks delicious and I am so excited you got to see "Little Chef" what a great movie! I would love love love to go at Christmas time and see all the lights and decorations but I don't know how we would fair with the crowds? We like to go in early February and the crowds are usually nonexistent.:goodvibes

Great pics from the parade :thumbsup2 And good for you for saying something to the rude people, its unbelievable that people are so self-centered :confused3

Glad you enjoyed Chefs, it looked delicious!

:yay: for a Christmas trip, I'm going to miss the dose of Disney cheer that we got to enjoy last year.

I think Les Chefs is officially on our list for next summer! Looks like the perfect meal for us-rich fattening French food for DH and I and character interaction for DD! (she was actually just watching Ratatouille this morning)

Love seeing the gentleman carving the sand sculpture. That's so amazing!

Scary to see the fire from the interstate (yes, you used the right word. ;)). Glad that you ladies were safe and sound.:goodvibes

Great Update!! I can't wait to go back to spend more time at Epcot! :goodvibes
Debbie

Thanks Debbie! Thought of you the other day when we were on Academy and drove by Michael Rodents!

Wow, I want to meet that guy doing the sand sculpting! Wow, wow, WOW! I'd just like to shake his hand and tell him he rocks.

No kidding! His work was amazing!

Isn't that a great picture! That little guy is so cute! It was nice too because the restaurant wasn't busy so he was spending a little more time with each table....

I don't believe anyone was hurt but it was a Friday and people trying to get away or coming into WDW were backed right up!

Hey, no judgment here! But good for you having vacation. :goodvibes

Thanks hon and yes, I am enjoying my vacation! Unfortunately this is the only day I have nothing planned so must get all my household chores completed!

I told Shan that she'll only get payback when she has children of her own:lmao: I love that your family is as close as we are....at the end of the day, they really are the only people you can truly count on!!!

 thanks, I have it playing again this morning:lmao: I usually put my tree up the first weekend in November...call me crazy but I love to enjoy it for as long as possible.!

Oh it was soooo good....I would go back for lunch again in a heartbeat! I enjoyed the different options that were available for lunch that I've never seen at dinner!

I feel the same....I guess while you're walking around there really is no shade unless you take a load off and grab a bench....then I need a GGS to go with me sitting on the bench!

No judgement from me but just so you know, we're here for you if you need help. :lmao:

That's what friends are for....psst...I still have your cell numbers in my phone too:rotfl2:

Great shots from Chefs. You got some really good pictures of Shanleigh enjoying herself.

We had such a good time there! I forgot to mention when we left there I grabbed a GGS for the walk:rolleyes1 But then again, you guys would just know that about me!

Great update! That food looked yummy! This was the day we were leaving WDW because we drove right past the fire as we were leaving! Hey hon! Shan and I were thinking of you guys that day. Can't wait to see the pics once you get to this day! Our first 2 trips to the World were for 7 days but since 2004 we've made them 2 week trips...except for January 2010...that was 10 days cause the kids had to get back to school. The thing I love the most about a longer vacation is the down time to relax....it just might be my favourite part!

Great update!! No judging here...I started watching Christmas movies last weekend!

Never been to Chef's but the food looks amazing! Great picture of Shanleigh!

Oh good....not gonna lie, I thought about putting in It's a Wonderful Life but then Shan gave me the look!

Thanks....we've never had a bad experience here and the food has always been great!

You and me both....it's laughable when we go to Art of Animation....which I have to post the pics we drew this past trip now come to think of it!

Thanks, we were thrilled to see Remy again that's for sure! I love those little pieces of pixie dust that you don't know are coming!

When we went the first 2 weeks in December the crowds were great but when our friends went on Dec 23 to celebrate Christmas the crowds were horrid! She said never again :rotfl2: They booked the first 2 weeks the following year!

Thanks Lara:)

I have to give credit where credit is due and that's to you my friend. It was when I was reading your TR that it dawned on my that we could go at the beginning of December. Not sure how University breaks work for Ontario but here they usually have about a month off before they go back, depending on their courses.

I loved the pics of you all with the decorations and your holiday attire....you inspired me to make this trip work so thank you:flower3:

I think it's got a little something for all of you! Maddie would love Remy....oh, see, now I can't wait for pictures from that!!

Amazing is the right word and although he is shaded it was a scorcher that day so I had to give him even more credit!

It was a terrible wildfire! We felt must better when we were watching it from the comfort of the room on the tv! I was surprised how many helicopters were in the air covering the footage!

I'm in a very Christmas-y mood, as well, so I can't blame you. :goodvibes

I think it's great that you and Shan have such similar tastes that you each ordered the same three courses. My mom and I are the complete opposite. If we were shown two items, we would each pick the opposite of each other. :rotfl:

Ugh, I remember that fire, it was pretty bad.

Spending down time at the resort can be so restful, and I imagine it was cooler than walking around a park in that heat. :crazy2:

Yay! I was just going thru some of our ornaments... you know, dusting then off etc :rolleyes1

That's hilarious and we're like that sometimes too! Shan loves pasta and piza and could eat it all the time...she hates red meat and veggies so we do differ in some ways

It was bad and I felt so bad for people who were trying to get away for the weekend! Have to say we were ready for somewhat of a down mid afternoon/evening.
