The house is freezing! The heater can't keep up. All of my hoses are frozen, so I have to haul buckets of water BY HAND from the barn with the frost free hydrant to the large barn. Sucks sucks SUCKS! I moved here from Long Island to escape cold winters. This is ridiculous.
I work in a Hospital and it was nice and toasty when I got here this morning, but some dumb person has turned off the heat and I am freezing.
DD starts back tomorrow and I haven't heard anything about schools being closed here yet. My outside faucets are frozen and my heat is running non-stop just to maintain, but otherwise we're good. Of course now they're predicting snow on Thursday?! What's up with that?
It's 33 here right now!!!
I promise not to complain about sweating next summer. Just send me some heat.
The humidity is practically non-existent in Southern Arizona. As everyone says- it's a dry heat. You won't sweat, but believe me, you'll feel the heat! So far, we've done okay with the heat. It's the creepy scorpions that might do me in!
