Issues with Online Check-In?

Rented points and have confirmation number, but when I go to online check-in and put in all the information, I get a message that says, "Sorry, we are unable to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later."

Anyone else having issues with this or any tips? Thanks!
 
The system has had issues for at least 2 weeks. Some people have reported that they have successfully checked-in online by removing the last 4 digits of the 9 digit zip code. That did not work for me and I tried every day for the 10 days leading up to my trip.
