8:00 British Virgin Islands
8:30 Cayman Islands
9:00 St. Lucia
9:30 St. Martin

Starting over at 1:00 Central

They're airing programs about "Exotic Islands" all day! I missed the program about the Caymans, but it's airing again at 2:30pm Eastern. The program about St. Martin is airing again at 3:30pm Eastern.
